Well if Saha has made his intentions known that he wants to go then It is highly unlikely we would get anything near 8 million. contract up in the summer, over 30, injury prone. 2 -3 million would be more likely. considering we got him next to nothing I guess we cant moan although I hope he sign on again.

Pretty worried about Saha and especially Piennar who after rejecting the first contract some months ago its gone worryingly quiet on that one.

With Pienaar my guess is that he thinks he should be playing for Barcelona or someone like that. In other words, he might feel he's above us. I hope that's not the case, but he hasn't not made a statement saying he's ready to commit his future with the club.

Good point mate, seems like a long time ago now. Wouldnt be suprised to see him leave on a free at the end of the season and then Pienaar leave on a free at the end of next season. We seem to continually shoot ourselves in the foot but still Moyes says there is "no rush" to get Saha signed up.

He's been our best player this season by a mile. To put him on parity with players like Johhny H is probably only fair but he is still a risk.

Im more worried about Pienaar to be honest. I can see him going to Arsenal on a Bosman in the summer. We should have got him signed up by now.
