Everton 0 Stoke 1
We should continue our run and put this lot to the sword - they beat Blackburn on Saturday but lost the four games prior to that. Hopefully Drenthe is fit and Distin returns to nullify the aerial threat of Crouch.
2-0 Everton, Cahill and Saha.

Re: Everton 0 Stoke 1
Stoke have got a midweek europa league game this week - lets hope they win it.
After their last europa midweek win they got stuffed 5-0 by bolton, then 3-2 by QPR, before finally beating a shit blackburn
After the europa midweek game win before that they lost to Arsenal, Liverpool and newcastle.
anyway 2-0 to us, with.... rory delap sent off for a two footed tackle on Bilyisadiverov

We'd never try to do that, would we?

Stoke park the bicycle and we finally break them down with a Velios thunderbolt from the edge of the six yard box. 1-0 to the mighty Blues.

Re: Everton 0 Stoke 1
I'll be there.
Sadly, Gary Speed played for us during a time when I was rarely in the UK, so there may have been as few as 3-4 games when I saw him.
I'm sure old grudges/misunderstandings will be forgotten on Sunday

Really wish I could go this weekend but I'm not really up to it yet. Would have loved to pay my respects to one of the good guys in football. I will be watching the game on Sunday though and thinking of Speedo. RIP.

Oh how I love their long throw, long ball, bully boy tactics and their manager who could put anybody to sleep within 10 seconds with his voice. I also love the racist, violent, knuckle dragging thugs that sing a Tom Jones song for 90 minutes after drinking their own body weight in Stella down the local Wetherspoons.
I am not from Stoke but I bloody wish I was just so I could get a "made in Stoke" tattoo across my neck... I hear that is the height of fashion down at the Britannia.

Apart from the time I met the lads at 9.20am. I had a pint of Stella and a double Wild Turkey whiskey to make up for lost time.

We have drawn Tamworth at Goodison in the FA Cup so hopefully Speedo is looking down on us today.
