Yeah, I don't think this is right move for him. He'd be better off staying with us for another year or two, or going to Arsenal/United if he really wants out.

It will be interesting to see how the club respond. Refuse the request, ala Baines, and hope Stones will carry on playing unaffected? Or slap a hefty price tag on him like the Shite did with Sterling?
