Is it just me or has this whole Stones-Chelski thing worked out very nicely for Bill and the Board. The past few days have been a complete distraction from lack of incoming players this summer.

Fact remains we look likely to still have Jon Stones next week but we have also only spent £4m this summer on new players! Funny how Bill has now turned into a saviour for literally doing nothing all summer.

good point.... and we haven't replaced Distin or Alcaraz ... we are so weak at CB if Jags and/or Stones get injured we are in deep, deep trouble ... Penn & Barry at CB makes me feel a little bit ill
