Quotes Moyes as saying:We need to see where he is, physically. It’s something we will probably try.
Los Angeles would be a good place to start looking.
How has he been playing over there?
Is he really what we need at this time?
Galaxy are into the Western Conference Final, Donovan scored from the spot in their second leg victory over the New York Red Bulls
So he's two games away from being WORLD CHAMPEEEEEE-AAAAAWN.
David Beckham and Robbie Keane helped LA Galaxy beat Real Salt Lake 3-1 in the Western Conference championship to reach the MLS Cup final.
The win set up a league-deciding meeting with Houston Dynamo, who beat Sporting Kansas City 2-0 to win the Eastern Conference title.
Galaxy's goals came from Landon Donovan and Irishman Keane, while Beckham provided the cross for the other.
For Beckham, the MLS Cup encounter could be his final game for Galaxy.
The former Manchester United and Real Madrid star's lucrative five-year contract expires at the end of this campaign but he said he was focusing on the Cup, not his future.
"I'm a Galaxy player right now. I'm 36 years old and I still enjoy soccer," he said.
"Right now we're focused on the Cup. We don't want to get too carried away. We did that a couple of years ago [when Galaxy lost to Real in the MLS Cup] and paid for it."
The MLS Cup takes place in Los Angeles on 20 November.

Even on empty he'd be better than billy.
It's no coincidence that our best form in the past 3 seasons coincided with his arrival. Beating Chelsea and then drubbing united 3-1. Those were the days

72' - GOAL! LA GALAXY 1-0 HOUSTON DYNAMO! It's Landon Donovan! Beckham heads the ball to Keane, who takes a nice touch before playing in Donovan. Landycakes shows good composure to poke the ball into the far corner. Three marquee players combine.

LA Galaxy are MLS champions thanks to Landon Donovan!
It's fantastic for Robbie Keane to win a trophy with the club he supported as a kid
Here's a good fact for you: Beckham is Only the second Englishman to win the league in three different countries, do you know who the first was?
the answer is Trevor Steven!

I agree. He wrote "Once a Toffee, Always a Toffee" so it is obvious he is on his way to Man Utd.

Great news!

Discussions have been taking place between Goodison Park officials, their counterparts at LA Galaxy and Major League Soccer with the arrangement agreed on Thursday.
The American international will arrive over the Christmas period ahead of a two-month loan.
