Landon Donovan - a Loan Again, naturally!
Apparently LA Galaxy have made a big U-turn with their stance over Donovan, and will now allow a loan to Everton in January, with the possiblilty of a permanent switch in the summer 2011.

With the extra experience Coleman now has... liking the idea of Coleman - Donovan on the right - with Baines - Pienaar/Billy on the left... with Some combination of Rodwell/Arteta/Fellaini/Cahill/Heitinga/Osman in the middle. Yak/Saha/Anichebe/Vaughan...
When we are all fit jeez we have a squad...

Re: Landon Donovan - a Loan Again, naturally!
Cant see Moyes starting Coleman at right back this season anyway ahead of Neville and Hibbert but would be great for competition down the right between him and Donovan. Certainly gives us lots of options. Role on January. If we are anyway in touch with top 6 by the times he comes back, back us for the title..

Tongue in cheek I know but Champions League place isn't beyond this squad (despite the early season whingeing on here).
BTW, Arsenal have some bloody squad. Every player who played tonight would add to our

I'd have him back. He'd be a good outlet on the rigth wing.

DP - How tired are you after everything that has happened this year
LD - Physically I am pretty tired, I think, when you play a lot of games, eventually your body is going to break down a little, but mentally I feel good and when you get to the end it's more exciting because you realise that I think yesterday I was sitting on the bench after practise thinking theres 9 more training sessions this year and two more games so you can deal with that
(talks about tour to Australia after the season, then the World Cup)
DP - What do you do after the season and thoughts of the premiership?
LD - After the season we got I told you we got a trip to Australia and i'm planning on going to Switzerland where hopefully the US is going to be granted the 2022 World Cup, and then I may go to Hawaii, the rest of the time I am going to chill at home and relax and then see where my body is at really and decide if I want to go anywhere in the off-season
DP - Do you want to play in the premiership?
LD - Of course, I love playing, I loved playing there it was incredible but it does me no good if I go there in January already exhausted I played 3 months there, came right back into an MLS season, our world cup qualifying may actually start again next year believe it or not so it does me no good to be tired all year so I gotta be smart about it

Not sure we need the guy anymore. If he wants to come, then it needs to be for a price beneficial to ourselves. Loan deals are unlikely I feel.

I didn't think he was that quick to be honest.
If he is, then even better.
