Boro hit the bar. The Shite are definitely getting their lucky charms working again this season.

We certainly have conceded a remarkable amount of goals this season. What has Bobby done to the defenders?

I warned you not to watch it. I've had a stress free evening watching New The Middle on Comedy Central.

Heading for extra time at Anfield. Thats (sort of good news). Their bench will be knackered for Saturday.

Well, I'm not going t moan yet. If we win on Saturday I don't care. If we don't there's one almighty dark cloud brewing.

Honeymoon period is well & truly over for Martinez now.. that needs an answer from the managersefton wrote:Made 4 Gwladys wrote:WE are the relegation foddertadpole wrote:6 goals against Palace and Swansea, relegation fodder

Humiliating for Martinez. We've been utter shite this season. Anyone could have beaten WBA, and we were flattered by the Wolfsburg score. The rest - crap. Don't understand why we were so slow off the blocks in pre-season, don't understand Martinez's subs this season, don't understand why M4G has more cakes than me, don't understand anything.
Moyles is looking for a job I hear.

That has to rank with the worst everton performance since Martinez took over,he needs a derby win desperately or its curtains.

Good lick whoever starts the next match thread.
Wasn't looking forward to Saturday before tonight's game, now don't think I will watch any of it.

I will take on the derby thread if that's ok
Re: Swansea 3 v Everton 0 (COC 3rd Round)
I look forward to Martinez's cheerful post match thoughts and how delighted he was with random insignificant aspects of our game. i.e. how great it was for Tony Hibbert to nearly score.

Whatever happens, I can't see Martinez going, but a massive defeat in the derby and the vultures will be circling which will just make the pressure greater on the players. Could get really sticky for the next few months. Problem is that we'll need to knuckle down and grind out some wins, but this team doesn't look capable of doing that. Every team in the PL will be licking their lips at the thought of playing against our defence now.
Re: Swansea 3 v Everton 0 (COC 3rd Round)
Everton manager Roberto Martinez: "The scoreline reflects the team that took the chances. During long spells we stopped Swansea from playing. It was an important game for us - for players who haven't played many minutes and to see where they are.
"If you analyse the chances Swansea had, they were few and far between. We had two or three very good situations. In many aspects, I was fairly pleased with that."
Fuck off Bobby

Yeah, no kidding, the post match analysis and comments from the manager is ridiculous. It's good, I suppose, trying to be positive, but fook me, it's time to start kicking some arses in the dressing room.Bluejagz wrote:I look forward to Martinez's cheerful post match thoughts and how delighted he was with random insignificant aspects of our game. i.e. how great it was for Tony Hibbert to nearly score.
