FULHAM v EVERTON TEAM NEWS
Chris Brierley reports: "Fulham have made eight changes from Thursday's trip to Poland with only Mark Scharzer, Brede Hangeland and Mousa Dembele staying in the starting line-up. Captain Danny Murphy is back after injury as is Zdenek Grygera. Everton bring in skipper Phil Neville, Royston Drenthe and Apostolos Vellios who were all on the bench last week against Chelsea."
