Lets be fair Newcastle had chances but they should be happy they didnt have two players sent off. We should of finished them off but at the end we played well and showed that we can attack.

Improved by Vic, Becks, Arteta. Now FFS keep it going against Brummagen.
My Jawdie neighbour was watching at home and texting me fairly polite abuse, he said just now he expected us to win as he put his lucky golf ball into the lake yesterday.

Re: Newcastle U 1 Everton 2 (Osman, Jagielka)
Great three points, best Arteta has been all season, but fuck me the chances we wasted made us look like we'd put a month's wages on a 2-1 away win. Fucking pathetic. The only one who looked like scoring was Beckford and Moyles fucking pulled him for the useless Anichebe.
Re: Newcastle U 1 Everton 2 (Osman, Jagielka)
if you get a chance what Vic's reaction at FT towards Nolan.
Anyhow, good game, good 3 points. How many of those have we lost this season? We should have score in the last 15 minutes also the keeper made great saves for Arteta in 1st half and Becks in second half.

And on how many breaks in the last ten minutes did he fuck up the chance? At least 43 (approx)!

I don't understand the fella, he was huffing and puffing like an asthmatic pensioner after he'd been on the pitch five minutes. His default expression is knackered, pissed off and pained. He was fed the ball on the inside right channel about...err..43 times, and each time you fucking knew he was going to pick the wrong ball.
Assuming he was following Moyes's instructions, then they must have been: "Look fucked, pass the ball to nobody, and have a barney with Nolan. Oh, yeah and don't forget to look like it's everyone else's fault that your shit."

We won a game I thought a point was a good result. A small pleasure we earned.

Re: Newcastle U 1 Everton 2 (Osman, Jagielka)
Super performance from the Blues today - could have shafted these about 5 or 6-1.

Again, Vic is more interested in looking to hold off the man every time he gets it, instead of moving it into space etc.
Looked like he was looking for Nolan the moment he came on.
So we continue to ask what Vic brings to a game, that Becks doesn't?
Couldn't see what Vic was trying to do after the whistle, other than Pip trying to drag him away towards our fans.
BTW I don't know if anyone commented earlier in this thread but Collocini's studs down Saha's calf was well bookable, and yet went unpunished.

Considering the number of changes to the line up, we looked solid when they tried their bullyboy-hoof-it tactics, and should have had a couple more goals for our goal difference. Arteta better out wide. Rodders played the stopper fairly well after Pip went off. J5 still not showing what I thought he would be good at.
2 good goals although I don't theink Leon meant the nutmeg goal.
All in all we showed good spirit, as has often been the case, when we adopt the 'problems, what problems?' appraoch.

Re: Newcastle U 1 Everton 2 (Osman, Jagielka)
from the MOTD highlights the green shoots of Arteta are encouraging. And with plenty of mid to lower table opposition coming up, hopefully we can make an unlikely drive for 6th. Mikel stepping up to the plate.

Back on the wing and looking like a player of old, change as good as a rest. Thought we played well today and probably shoulf have had a headline win if we had some finishing boots on. Miles better performance, considering our record at SJP. Another win we could be talking about Europe
