WHY WHY WHY
10 Arteta (Bilyaletdinov 90+3)
20 Pienaar (Beckford 90)
What is the point

OTOH Parker was immense, definitely up for it and kept Arteta under pressure al game, then he kept popping up in the box or in the FB positions making crucial tackles too. Hammers can have Yak, Arteta and the cleaning lady for Parker.

Re: West Ham 1 Everton 1 (Coleman)
It might be Moyes is just looking to survive this season and not push on. Saha 'always' scores against United, so why today, of all days, does he not play?
Why wait untill the 90th minute to make substitutions? The players he took off were both of our creative midfielders. We beat West Ham more times than 'any' other team, so why not go for it?
Frustrating times indeed.

Yeh, I'd swap most of our players for Scott Parker at the moment.

I see the biased Sky table had us in 14th - and later discovered we were in fact 11th.

Fucking Moyes in his interview is moaning that we didn't seem to have enough up front to score, except from a passing move.
No shit Sherlock, try picking a fucking striker then.

But Moyes has put some of them in that position IMO.
Yakubu - back from fitness, back to form. Scores, assisted, had a blinder in the derby. Dropped for.....
Saha - back from injury.....lost it completely. Then theres...
Beckford - Out of his depth but due to Yak and Saha injured, he gets a game. Too soon. Comes on, scores 2, has hand sackfuls of chances.....dropped, no sign of starting a game.
Then Moyes and other players come out in the press and say all the strikers are poor and we need to get one in January.
THEN -
Plays Anichebe over all 3 in 1 match. Then Cahill on his own in another.
Even if Angelina Jolie did that to me and wanted me to perform I'd struggle to find an erection and step to the plate.

For me, Moyes is trying to blame his mis-firing strikers but it's the manager who seems incapable of giving one of them a run in the side and has now decided he would rather play no striker at all than actually make a fucking decision on which one to go with. And then he wonders why we can only score with a late run by a midfield player.
He's bullshitting.
Re: West Ham 1 Everton 1 (Coleman)
Is it it possible he's lining up deals to flog one or other of them in January and was therefore not wanting to risk injuries yesterday ahead of the Jan transfer window?
All 3 have played and have been slated over recent weeks as they can't score or finish their chances, Cahill is the only person capable of scoring a goal and it also meant he could get 2 of our most creative players back in the startin XI well Pienaar is creative Arteta just threatens to be

Cahill may be the only player capable of scoring at the moment, but when Lescott was getting loads of goals did we play with eleven centre-backs? Cahill only scores certain types of goals - the problem has been that they've been the ONLY types of goal we've been getting. Not playing a striker means that there is no chance whatsoever of scoring any other type of goal.
Re: West Ham 1 Everton 1 (Coleman)
Moyes defintely needs to pick a striker and give him a run of games. I'm not bothered who it is, they all have their attributes and weaknesses, but all can score goals if given time to find their form and confidence.

yeah... he turned us down in the past as well, when he left Chelsea. He opted for moneybags Newcastle. No chance he'd come to us.

Re: West Ham 1 Everton 1 (Coleman)
im not sure if moyes is capable of setting teams up to attack effectively.
look at every time we've played a side who only have 10 men and have sat back - we've really struggled to score.
teams just set themselves up to defend against us and counter attack and it works because our movement and variation in attack is not good enough.
we hardly had any chances against west ham, despite having the majority of possession and that has been the theme all season.
