"No at the moment there is nothing,” Martinez told the Liverpool Echo after the defeat to Swansea in which Howard conceded his fifth penalty in a little over two years with a clumsy attempted clearance that took out Andre Ayew instead of the ball. “There is nothing to comment on"
In fairness the question posed was about transfer activity in ths window, not May.

Besides, the only crosses I have are on band t-shirts, and those are upside down.

Tim Howard looks sets to complete a summer move to the Colorado Rapids from Everton. Colorado chief Tim Hinchey flew to England last week to finalise a deal with the keeper, 36, who has lost his No1 spot at the Toffees to Joel Robles.
Howard is expected to finish the Premier League season then leave when the MLS transfer window opens in July. The 106-cap United States stalwart has played in the MLS before with the MetroStars and will get a deal with Colorado until 2019.
The Rapids have been after Howard since January and hoped to get him on a free before talks stalled after Everton asked for a fee for the ex-Manchester United star. It is understood the clubs have now agreed on a price between £430,000 and £540,000.
Reports last week also said that Howard wanted a four-year deal that would pay him £3.6m a year, but sources have confirmed to ESPN FC that his salary will be around £1.44m a year.

He's been a good player for Everton and although he has been bollocks lately it's a bit sad the way some fans have crucified him.

The ironic cheers when he caught a cross the other week were out of order.

Shame for him to leave on a bit of a downer, was given a lot of stick in his last few games for us. In his time here he's been largely fantastic for us and as we've seen in the past few weeks our defensive problems aren't solely down to him.
