Everton v Nottingham Forest.
Everton v Nottingham Forest at Goodison Park, Sunday 21st April K/O 13.30 pm.
This fixture is the old classic six pointer with both teams needing the points to survive another season in the Premiership,
After our Monday night escapade at stamford Bridge we made Chelsea look world class many believe we are already down, the performance was shocking so as Evertonians go ? We will never accept defeat and are players owe the travelling fans from midweek a big fat three points .
I’m going for a 2-1 win with Calvert Lewin and Doucourie getting on the score sheet.

Re: Everton v Nottingham Forest.
Such an important game, just cannot afford to lose it but it would be astonishing if the team could come back from the Chavski debacle. Forest do score a few and we dont. Seems an obvious Forest win to me, and the 4/5 on offer for Draw or Forest looks a bargain. Any news on Branthwaite? If he's out and Keane plays then we can kiss our asses goodnight. Realistically, I can only see us beating Sheff U in our remaining games but would be fucking great if we could somehow sneak enough points to survive.

Re: Everton v Nottingham Forest.
Expecting us to lose, so meh whatever. My last trip to Goodison this season, so it could be my last ever Premier League game at the old lady. Not that arsed if I'm honest, it might make the last season at Goodison more fun if can win promotion there. Better than spending it getting relegated/going into administration/playing for a nil nil draw every week.

Re: Everton v Nottingham Forest.
With us not being able to score in a brothel, it's difficult to see us getting more than a point from this game.
Speaking of brothels and scoring, can Rooney be registered as a player for us before the weekend?

Re: Everton v Nottingham Forest.

Re: Everton v Nottingham Forest.
We know our strong and weak parts of the jigsaw.
The right hand side has been weak all season, and it's where the opposition have been targeting.
Can we get any luck in front of goal? The DCL goal against Burney is our only bit of good luck, as that charge-down could have gone anywhere.
Beto" Â Chermiti anybody?
Pickford? Does he need a break? Not a dropping (don't want to kill his England slot) as Virginia was solid when I saw him.....and he caught the ball!
Dyche has to get them fired up the right way, and the crowd have to be positive throughout the game, and often, we're not. Blue flares Spirit of the Blues stuff. Throughout the game.
Somebody shut the boo boys up, even if they have the right cause they bought their ticket.
Chant Onana's name and see if that works better than booing him. Probably will.
Did the Portuguese break work against us?
Anyway, I'll be yelling from UB 0186 for the next 4 home games in the PL and I'll renew for next year. Aaaaagh!

The more I think of this game, the more convinced I am that we'll lose it.

I don't normally watch the press conferences, but I'm guessing that this was the first time that Dyche has sounded less than optimistic. & "7 managers have tried and haven't found the success needed and I'm still ltrying to find it."
Not really what you want to hear, but how can you stay forever positive when you being kicked at every turn? Fans, players , staff are looking to bounce back every time, but it's taking its toll. It's become drudgery for every one.
I can only hope we go out positive and get a couple of early goals otherwise Gladdy will turn hostile again. We kept the boo boys at bay for a while, but they're clearing their throats as I type.
COYBs. I am optimistic. Let's do em.

Re: Everton v Nottingham Forest.
You could well be right... but 3 points tomorrow would be very well recieved
If we lose tomorrow it will be bad... and I haven't ruled out Forest getting some points back either... and us not getting any back... that will put us perilously close to the drop

Re: Everton v Nottingham Forest.
If we hadn't received the points deduction, we'd be mathematically safe with a win tomorrow.
I know - if, if, if. Still sucks balls though.
Basically our job for the rest of the season is to pick up enough points to make it irrelevant if we were to lose at Luton. So we could draw our way to safety with four home games out of six. Just don't fucking throw more points away with defensive ricks. Don't just park the bus, brick up the doors and booby-trap the bus.

Re: Everton v Nottingham Forest.
DCL and Branthwaite both fit, Young at RB, Gueye and Gomes in the middle, Harrison back, Garner and Onana on the bench.
JUST DON'T LOSE.
JUST DON'T LOSE.
Re: Everton v Nottingham Forest.
I can watch the game on one of Denver Colorado's Mexican channels. Not sure that has anything to do with anything, but get at least a point lads!
