Re: Swansea v Everton
Again the corner is straight to Fabianski. Just some 5 yards from the goal line. Need to get that ball a bit further away from the goal.
Re: Swansea v Everton
Mirallas with a good effort from just outside the box. Fabianski is in the right spot and makes the save.

Re: Swansea v Everton
In the end, a draw was probably a fair result. But, and this is a big but, we arguably still feel cheated due to that soft (and silly) penalty. Swansea were really just on top for about 10 minutes in the middle of the 2nd half, and that's when they got the goal.
Great to see Pienaar back. He did fade a bit, but this was his first game back since December so that's expected with his fitness not being top notch yet.
With Pienaar and Lennon on the pitch, we look much more balanced as a team with attacking options from both wings. With Pienaar and Lennon on the pitch, Coleman and Baines are also more involved.
Finally, Shelvey is a major shithouse, in case that was not clear before this game.

Re: Swansea v Everton
We showed what we've been missing with Pienaar out. Baines looks so much better both up and back. Thought we shaded it overall, and we were playing some decent footie. Luka would have buried at least one of those chances, too, his switch doesn't have a kitten-soft option.
I was late getting to it What happened to Ossie?

Re: Swansea v Everton
Fair result with out a striker, Arouna kone has no idea how to lead the front line.
What was Seamus thinking of ? Striker in the summer is paramount .

Is there someone at Wigan who is a good option?Mr Pedantic wrote:Fair result with out a striker, Arouna kone has no idea how to lead the front line.

Michael Owen and his mate failed to notice how Peanut made such an immediate impact. They did press home their point about Gomis going off though.
I don't know who is shytter, Owen or Kone.

Peanut really linked it all so well, then, as usual had the Carragher kicked out of him. Baines looked like he was happy to see his old mate.Mr Pedantic wrote:agreed both ShyteYankthattoffee wrote:Michael Owen and his mate failed to notice how Peanut made such an immediate impact. Mc Carthy had an unusual role today. Barry seemed to get some of last year's form back today.
I love Sheamus to death, but there seem to be a number of Yobo moments this season. Add Stones to the brilliant but scary list.
