I'm not that bothered about losing to shitty ( I thought we might ) it's the lack of passion in our play over the last few games! It's like they can't be arsed!!!

Wasn't expecting anything from tonight due to the half arsed efforts in recent weeks. I'm sure Bobby will be delighted again though. At least our goal difference didn't take a hammering. Seems like a long time ago that we were City's boggy team. Reserves out for Wafer Cup on Thurs and by god the first team better come out firing against QPR Monday week.

We still keep giving the ball away Sad

I really think Man City were there for the taking - we have missed a real opportunity - even with a few minutes left we keep tapping it around in defence .. it beggars belief

Had a great meal out with the family, eight of us annoying all the other diners with our noise and laughter. Really glad I didn't bother watching our useless bunch of tossers this week. Judging from this thread, it was same as against Hull, and Spurs.

But I'm sure Bobby will say we were phenomenal.

Lost count at this stage how many MOTDs I haven't bothered with this season. Can add tonight to the list. At least the Shite are rubbish as well. Arsenal or Tottenham not much better either. All depends which of those 4 can get their act together after Christmas to nab 4th behind Chelsea and Manchester clubs.

Oh FFS, just seen MOTD. Never a penalty, never ever ever. Two clear red cards. Barkley never a yellow.

What the fuck was that all about? Why dont our players make more fuss? In situations like that, when the ref is clearly influenced by the "big" players, they should be surrounding the ref and shouting down his lug-hole like every other team does.

Ridiculous.

Marriner had a fucking shocker mate... more of a sky team homer than Twattenburg

We weren't great, but we got stiffed by the ref. The beeb also neglected to show GazBaz properly sticking an Elbow into Milner's face - definite red, IMHO. But that was very late on and they should have been down to 9 long before then.

Yes, and they agreed it wasn't a dive, any more than Milner's was for the penno. Should be an appeal against that yellow I would have thought.

There was an earlier incident with Zabaletta that they didn't show. Barkley needs to stay on his feet. He's got found out now and won't get decisions even when he's not diving

It was a penalty. Jamie Redknapp went to great lengths to prove it was.

Of course no-one else thought it was but Jamie is the dog's bollocks as a pundit so it was.
