Valencia with a rather free header from 10 yards out, wide of the goal though.
Re: Valencia 1 Everton 0
Robles is loud and comes out to collect another though ball. Great to see that he's vocal something which at times Howard is lacking.

Re: Valencia 1 Everton 0
Vic gets the ball deep by the extended goal line but can just find the goalies gloves with that cross. Haven't seen much of Vic so far today.
Re: Valencia 1 Everton 0
FooFoo takes on the defenders, all 4 of them and he gets us a corner. Great to see someone not being afraid to take on the defense.

Re: Valencia 1 Everton 0
Vic, dear god such poor touch there, could have either gone for the shot or the pass, instead he kicks the ball like 10 yards ahead of himself and the defender can kick the ball away. He had Naismith I think it was with him as well.
Re: Valencia 1 Everton 0
Not just that, but it was not a good sign that he just gave up. There will be loads of similarly strong players in the Prem.Helenqu wrote:Blueberto wrote:foo foo, fuck fuck

Re: Valencia 1 Everton 0
Well it wasn't the best half of football I've seen us play but it was a strange team and we held them OK.

Re: Valencia 1 Everton 0
HT, 0-0. Not a bad half, but the real intensity is not there either.
Pretty open at times when we have attacked, surprisingly open actually, but we have been rather wasteful with the final ball.
Felli looked a bit upset as he left the pitch, he was talking to Naismith. Felli started well, but wasn't that influential the last 20 minutes of that first half.
It'll be interesting to see who comes on in the second half.
