He seemed to go to ground quicker than a meerkat, and his "back of the net" performance was the highlight.

Big Jan saved a peno against ireland last night,
Which he'd conceeded himself by bringing down Aiden McGeady

Re: 1: Jan Mucha - Dropsy
Goalkeeper Jan Mucha is set to discuss his future at Everton with manager David Moyes on Friday.
The Slovakian has cut a frustrated figure since arriving at Goodison Park from Polish side Legia Warsaw last summer, making just two Carling Cup appearances for the club.
Regular goalkeeper Tim Howard has kept a tight grip on the Toffees No.1 spot, leaving 28-year-old Mucha warming the bench.
And Mucha admits he is likely to leave the Premier League club if United States international Howard extends his contract.
"I thought I would be in a better situation than I am in reality," Mucha told Polish newspaper Przeglad Sportowy.
"On the other hand, I must say that nobody had promised me anything before my arrival.
"Anyway, I have asked manager Moyes if we could have a talk about the entire situation. We should sit down on the upcoming Friday and discuss my position.
"I will consider my future according to what he has to tell me. If Tim extends his contract and I will continue to be regularly on the bench, I will start to look for a new club."
Everton, who have struggled in the Premier League this season, are still in contention for the FA Cup title having set up a fourth-round replay against Chelsea last time out.
And Mucha feels the Toffees' focus on the cup has been partly responsible for his own lack of playing time.
He said: "The thing is that in the Premier League we are not sitting high in the table and also because of that the manager has decided to focus more on the FA Cup, where he wants to succeed.
"That is why we have been starting with the best possible line-up in cup games and Howard has been the preferred choice.
"So far I have earned just two appearances in the Carling Cup and since the last one I have only been on the bench.
"At Legia I experienced a long wait to become a first-choice keeper and I will not endure such another long wait."
Mucha admits a switch back to old club Legia would be a dream move for him, but says the prospect is unlikely, adding: "You can write that I'm returning. Actually, I would love to see such piece of news.
"On the other hand, I don't even know whether Legia would want me now that they have three high-quality goalkeepers."

Re: 1: Jan Mucha - Dropsy
I think he has a fair point.
Howard had a shite start to the season, and has kept his place which must be frustrating for Mucha. I thought Howard was rubbish last year too.
Careful please Davy. Mucha is a very good keeper and Timmy isn't getting younger.

Am I right in thinking that they are both 28?

Lol, I've just realised what you meant.
You must have been too quick to correct me that you didn't realise I'd already ammended it, hence why all looks perfect. It must have said 31 all for about 2 seconds. Only fools rush in lmao.

I thought you wrote that Howard was going to be 31 in March, but when I later on read what you wrote it said 31. When one goes back to edit a post, it states below the post "Last edited by...." and so on.BB wrote:Knight of Thorgothshire wrote:How did you change that without the "last edited by..." shows? Yes, it only shows after a certain time frame. If you edit it immidiately it won't show.
All these little messages etc can be turned on or off and the delays set in the admin panels. I was going to wind you up and convince you that you were going mad, but you're an Evertonian, so 99% mad anyway.
