Newcastle v Everton.
Newcastle V Everton from St James Park. K/O 19.30 Wednesday 19th October 2022.
Just found out it's live on Amazon Prime.
The Geordie's Without two players Isak and Maximum while the Toffees have Godfrey-Patterson-Mina long term Injury's
as Frank Lampard sees the return of Masson Holgate, Will he stick with Seamus Coleman or change his formation?
Everton having a tough away game at Newcastle with most of our fans already believe it's a forgone conclusion.
Not so me, Pickford will be in for the normal volatile atmosphere, being a Macam born lad from Sunderland.
Just like to see Calvert Lewin put one over these and Demari Gray dropped to the bench for his lack of effort against the Spurs,
Anthony Gordon returns from a one game suspension after reaching 5 yellows already, hope he shows more Interest than the United game.
Going 1-2 Calvert Lewin and McNeil. UTFT's

You had me all fired up mate until I read that you think the McNeil will score a goal. With some luck he won't feature....

To be fair Kot, He's been better than Demari Gray who does absolutely Nothing, no tracking back, plays more central than a winger,
looked totally uninterested against Spurs.at least McNeil been on the bench for his excuses.
Re: Newcastle v Everton.
Only one thing standing between us and a victory over the Saudi Magpies - they're better than us.
3-1 to the Geordie Shite, McDonald, Shearer and Wor Jackie Milburn for them, that Elton John kid for us. Â Well he seems to be on the bench most games, he'll have to play sooner or later.

I really hope that the Saudi influence at Newcastle eventually extends to the point where they ban the sale of alcohol from the ground. That'll learn 'em.
1-0 Newcastle, Sting with the goal. We'll defend really competently while offering precious little in attack, but we'll make one mistake and they'll score. Gray will then miss three sitters.
Alternatively DCL will start and score a first half hat-trick and we'll win 4-1.
Alternatively, something else will happen that isn't one of the two things I've suggested above.
Just one more thing - why aren't the Just Stop Oil munchkins targeting Newcastle and Man City? Seem to be more appropriate targets than us, or the National Gallery. Throw soup on the Gallowgate End, lads, that'll be a laugh. And then superglue yourselves to some fat shirtless mounds of blubber munching on pasties.

Both McNeil are Gray are poor in possession. McNeil loses it most times due to not being able to find a teammate, while Gray loses it because he holds on to the ball for too long and the opposition takes it from him.
Same end result unfortunately.

Couldn't agree, would prefer to play Awobie one wing Gordon the other but Awobie been better in the middle, and we have a shit squad players
Re: Newcastle v Everton.
DCL and Gordon back for us. Isak and Maximum out for them.
We need to be all over Bruno whatshisface.

Re: Newcastle v Everton.
Lots of close ups of Eddie Howe in the opening 15 minutes. Dunno why.
Nothing else to report.

Re: Newcastle v Everton.
Even stevens.
We look much better with DCL up front.
Gray needs to stop drifting inside - too congested

Re: Newcastle v Everton.
Superb defending from Seamus, twice in the same attack.
Onana needs to stop rolling around every time he's on the deck.

Re: Newcastle v Everton.
Fuck, 1-0. Onana dispossessed in midfield while strolling forward without any sense of urgency or danger. They score 10 seconds later.

Re: Newcastle v Everton.
1-0 HT. Even and quite boring first 25. Then it's almost as though they realised we're shit and can't retain possession, so they cranked it up and we struggled to cope.
I think we're a bit lucky it's only 1-0.

Bloody hell, Jim Rosenthal is the studio host. The '80's are back.
According to Wiki, "Since 2014, Rosenthal has provided commentary for Channel 4's coverage of Crufts."

"Walking football walking football" I'm yelling at nobody in particular and with no particular meaning.
Up until then we were OK but not great. Then we rode our luck til half time. Trippier doing the shitty on Gordon, who should just flop when someone hits him.
This team has many weaknesses which FL has to sort out very quicckly.
Is there a plan?

Re: Newcastle v Everton.
Well, apart from 10-15 minutes at the end of the first half, it's been even.
But one attempt at goal all game is appalling.
