Just had a little catch up on this. Seems you can take the Dunc out of Everton, but you can't take the everton out of Dunc. Sherwsbury scored on 94 and 98 minutes to win 2-1.

Yeah I saw that. I was too gutted for him to follow up with a post on the day.
Remember that game where we were 2-0 up against Newcastle with one minute of added time left, and managed to draw 2-2? That was great.
This was a fun one as well...

As awesome as that collage of photos is, the bottom left is a photoshop.

Bottom right is the best one of those, I recall it well. Steffen Freund. Tried to give it the hard man routine by standing his ground, then absolutely shat himself (possibly literally shat himself) once he realised that Ferguson might actually kill him.

Sacked by Forest Green Rovers.

And replaced by Hannah Dingley, the first woman to take charge of a men's football league club.
Re: Duncan Ferguson - Legend
Former Scotland and Everton striker Duncan Ferguson is the new manager at Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
The 51-year-old has signed a three-year contract with the club currently bottom of the Scottish Championship.

Re: Duncan Ferguson - Legend
Seems like he takes on clubs that are really struggling. I hope he has better success this time around.
Ferguson, who replaces the sacked Billy Dodds, took his first steps in management with Forest Green Rovers in January.
However, he moved on in July following just one win in 18 games in charge, after which they were relegated from England's League One.
Caley Thistle director of football John Robertson was in caretaker charge for his side's first game without Dodds on Saturday, when they lost 1-0 to Dundee United.
The Highlanders, who travel to Arbroath this weekend, have one point from six league matches and have scored just three goals.

Forest Green are third from bottom of league two now, so hard to tell how much of their poor form was down to Dunc.

Yeah they were bottom and basically relegated before he joined them. I was hoping he'd be given a go in league 2 but they binned him off in the summer. Sorry, recycled him (this is Forest Green we're talking about).
Good luck to the mad bastard, he may have more luck in Scotland where the players will be able to understand his accent at least.

Not saying it was because of Duncan, he just seems to take on projects that are in dire straits. No wonder he wanted the Everton job.Armchair wrote:Knight of Thorgothshire wrote:Seems like he takes on clubs that are really struggling.
