Everton 2 Crystal Palace 3 (Naismith, Mirallas)
With the Glorious Blues in fourth place at the business end of the season there is everything to play for in yet another Cup Final at Goodison. We're on a record breaking run of consecutive wins at the moment, but Palace are Puncheon above their weight considering their previous manager Ian Holloway had written them off before the season had even started.
Palace are probably safe now, but they know that one more win will guarantee it so have everything to play for still. Bad news for them - they won't get their win this Wednesday, as the Everton juggernaught will slaughter them 2-0, with another own goal (obviously) from Iain Dowie and a 30 yarder from Hibbo.

So we are 4 points adrift of City with us playing 1 more game.
So we beat them in 3 weeks time, leaving them to lose just one more game plus a draw out of their remaining 5 games, and we're in like a burglar.
Meanwhile Maureen Yoyo devises his strategy to beat the Shyte and Merseyside are 2nd and 3rd.
Done deal.

I've had a bad feeling about every one of the last four or five games. My nervousness comes from the fact that we're not being overly convincing in many of our wins - conversely, those where we have been convincing have had a great element of 'wow!' about them. Let's hope we can reach those levels tonight and on Sunday too.

Arsenal have found form again, they will win their next 4 games. We on the other hand will struggle to beat the easy teams so Palace will park the bus and the jumbo jet in fromt of the goal with a blue and red Segway stuffed in the corner just in case.
We will have 95% possession, 56 shots on target, Speroni will have the game of his life, stopping multiple shots with his hands, feet, head, testicles, and his stupid beard.
Palace will have one break and Alan Pardew will score with a weak shot from the halfway line and the dubious goals panel will award it to Kone.
01- to Palace, Kone with a hat trick

That is pretty much how I see it. 4th still seems an awful long way away right now, even if we win tonight. Astonishing really, because I also think we'll score 71 points or more this season (Roberto's pre-season target) which has been enough for Champions League 11 times out of 17 to date I think.

Be nice to catch them cold and get an early goal, then pick them off on the break. But in reality it'll be scrappy and if we sneak it 2-1 I'll be very happy.

Pressure point- Everton v Crystal Palace (19:45 BST)
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says he is hoping for an Everton slip-up in the race for a Champions League spot, but Toffees boss Roberto Martinez believes there is no pressure on his side.
Arsenal's win over West Ham on Tuesday put them a point above Everton, who host Crystal Palace on Wednesday.
"We know we have to win our games and hope Everton slip up," said Wenger.
But Martinez countered: "Pressure comes when you have something to lose. We have everything to gain."
Love it!!!
