Could have been worse but still fancy us to capitulate second half.

I just want this season over with now.

I’m going to Brighton next week and I wish it wasn’t to be honest. This is all just so depressing.

Bring on the championship, a clean slate and maybe we can win a few games with some new players, even if they’re from our reserves.

It’ll be a relief to be honest. I’ve had a lovely day but whenever I’ve thought about the game I just felt queasy. I’m going to attempt to sack off following the second half and finish a job application that’s due in in a few hours.

We need to keep the ball for a bit. Hoofball is just giving the ball back to the Leicester.

I'll take that. A better result for us than them I think, given the respective run ins. We showed some fight tonight.

Fantastic game to be fair, and the lads give it everything. Probably a fair result, despite all our shots on goal.

And on to Brighton where, yes, we need to get something! Forest should beat Soton, Leeds should get analized by Citteh, and I can see Leicester getting at least a point at Fulham.

Still, at least the fat lady hasn't sung yet.

I’ll take that point considering they missed the penalty which would have been game over. They really are working hard which is good to see. Their keeper playing like prime Southall is hard to take and the injury to Coleman is going to hurt us. But it’s not over yet. Brighton will be tough but the IMO the other sides have more difficult games.

that was encouraging IMO .. Iverson won Leicester a draw there with his GK performance.

I liked that we had so many shots...
DCL should have scored from a yard !!
Duke so unlucky near the end
DCL played the whole game and looked dangerous at times
we scored 2... away !

surprised Onana didn't even get on the park

appalling injury for poor Seamus .. so sad for him and he's played his last game now for sure.... always a legend though.

I think we can do Brighton ... or at least get a point... we aren't down yet

COYB bounce

The pessimist in me says that if we can't beat Leicester, we can't really beat anyone. Logic therefore points towards us losing the rest of our games. On the positive side, we seem to be okay at getting draws against teams who aren't at their best, so I would predict a point at Wolves and maybe a 5-2 hammering of Bournemouth in what will be a meaningless game by then.

So we might finish on 33 points which, sadly, would not be enough.

Wish I could share your optimism. We did pretty well by all accounts, but I get the feeling we'll be looking back at these missed chances at the end of the season and thinking "what if?". Still haven't given up, for some reason I think we might even get something against Man City, payback for that Rodri handball VAR joke, maybe? But it's looking a very bleak. At least brighton got all their goals out the way against wolves. That's how it works, right?
