2nd half was as bad as the first was good. Lucky they missed the pen or we'd have thrown a 2 goal lead against easily the worst team in the division. Can't see them finishing anywhere apart from bottom. Not sure what happened but 3pts accepted thanks very much!

James should have been subbed much earlier. Nothing left in the tank. Jet lag, west to east, is a bummer.

Good to get back to winning ways. And DCL just keeps on scoring. His hold-up play is excellent.

Good interview at the end, talking about closing down, getting fouls etc.

Tell me about it... once went to the US 7 times in 5 weeks, albeit 4 of those visits were day-returns (in railway parlance) to a Hotel just off Kennedy airport.

THought the team played well and actually managed the game - albeit letting Fulham get closer they ever really needed to be. If I remember rightly the last time we won at Fulham was a very sunny awayday ... and some of us ended up being seen on MoTD - I think it was the first time in decades we had won at the cottage.... I may be mistaken... but what an adventure day we had...

Pickford was statue-esque as well. Should've come off his line.

I was a bit gutted after the 2nd half performance and having a bit of a moan. My mate, a Brighton fan, pointed out that in the first half we scored 3, had a goal disallowed, their keeper played a blinder and Ritchie missed a sitter!
He then said that after 9 games we were 6th, only 4 points off the top, and only the top 3 have scored more goals than us.
On a roll he continued that we have one of the best managers in the world, have just signed James bloody Rodrigues and already have Richarlison!!
Also, we have had extraordinary luck with penalties, crocked VVD, and are in the Carabao Cup quarter finals.
Basically, stop fucking moaning, you won and are having a cracking season!!!!
Cracked me up and put a different perspective on things!! I think all of us would have bitten our own hands off when Marco was manager, to be in this situation now!! On the up and up!! Bring it on!!

Lol, just being realistic, as usual. I will have to remind him about DCL, good point!! Its good to get other teams fans perspective sometimes. Too easy to criticize.

Richarlison, DCL and Digne are world-class when they are at the top of their game. I thought all three were superb in the first half. I'd like to see more from Doucoure at times, but Allan was excellent again. Surprised Carlo didn't have Holgate on the right of the back three - he's a better footballer than Godfrey, more experienced, and has played at right back for Everton so is versatile enough.

For about half in hour in the first half we looked impressive (against a fucking dire Fulham to be fair) but second half they murdered us. We'll be fun to watch at times this season but we still look a fair way off a definite Top 6 spot. Richarlison is bound to leave at the end of the season unless we really crack on.

James left foot fade pass to Digne for the 3rd goal deserves a mention.

Agree, that mazy run was great.

Not so great was his clearance kick from close to the middle of the pitch which ended up getting Fulham a freekick on the edge of our box when it hit Keane's arm. What on earth was that clearance all about? affraid No Rolling Eyes Fulham v The Mid Tablers - Page 3 F_laugh Fulham v The Mid Tablers - Page 3 Confused
