Re: Everton v Sheffield United
Not sure what you are talking about - 67% possession mate!!! Martinez is smiling in Belgium.Armchair wrote:Not good enough. Again.
Re: Everton v Sheffield United
once again, we have the chance to climb up the table, this time to top 4 but we fuck it up, a massive upgrade on the 1st half needed now

Re: Everton v Sheffield United
Probably time to start German football instead? Suggestions on which team I should follow? Bayern München?
Re: Everton v Sheffield United
And we are underway again. Let's drum up some tempo and then a comeback will follow.
Re: Everton v Sheffield United
What the fook was that Richie???? A totally useless cross with lots of pace on it and not a teammate within a quarter of a mile. Who was that cross for Richie?
Re: Everton v Sheffield United
SU not even bothering to press on our half so far. They are probably thinking that "these guys are shit at creating anything, we can just soak up the pressure and go home with 3 points".
Re: Everton v Sheffield United
SU are not good going forward, terrible passing at times. Granted, we are not much better with a decent pass in the final third.
NEED TO UP THE FOOKING TEMPO!!!!!!!!

Re: Everton v Sheffield United
Good shout but I might need a team with a 50/50 chance of actually winning a few games (or even titles).Armchair wrote:Knight of Thorgothshire wrote:Probably time to start German football instead? Suggestions on which team I should follow? Bayern München?

Re: Everton v Sheffield United
Schneiderlin and Bernard off for Iwobi and Tosun. Good to see Kean staying on the pitch.
And the crowd is getting loud.

Re: Everton v Sheffield United
I like that change since it means we are, lo and behold, play with 2 strikers at home against a newly promoted side...
Re: Everton v Sheffield United
Better tempo and intensity from us after the double substitution.
Another corner, is that number 12?

SUBSTITUTION - Jagielka on
Everton 0-1 Sheffield United
Phil Jagielka is on for the visitors and it's a wall-to-wall standing ovation. United going to a back five?
Re: Everton v Sheffield United
Too much one man shows taking place, need to make the ball do the work.
Re: Everton v Sheffield United
Everton 0-1 Sheffield United
It's been 72% possession for Everton in the second half. But Dean Henderson has only had to make three saves all day. Excellent away day showing from the Blades thus far.
Shows how toothless we are up front.
Re: Everton v Sheffield United
It feels like we could play 120 minutes and we still wouldn't score. Against Sheffield United. At home.
