Re: Everton v Chelsea
Fooking back passes - stop it!!! Costa booked after a studs up tackle on Stek. Jags with a stupid back pass though.
Re: Everton v Chelsea
Valencia with a shot from over 20 yards out, deflected wide for a corner. And Valencia had men with him in the box.
Re: Everton v Chelsea
What have Lukaku, Valencia and DCL done to warrant still being on the pitch? Granted, the service has been poor.
And then Valencia tries to create something, not a bad effort.

Re: Everton v Chelsea
Lukaku with a poor effort after drifting in from the right. He had team mates in the box, but went for glory.
Re: Everton v Chelsea
Barkley in a nut shell - he does very well to fend off Chelsea players but then takes way too long on the ball and loses possession.

And this came back to haunt us. He found himself one on one with Jags and he took advantage of it. Great strike none the less.Knight of Thorgothshire wrote:Pedro finds himself with lots of space and time at times in the middle of the park. Need to make sure he's closed down, especially since he's so pacey.

Re: Everton v Chelsea
Kone does well and gets past his first 2 men but then tries and take on more Chelsea players and loses possession.
Re: Everton v Chelsea
That's what I was thinking as well. Anything less would be a disappointment.Sack the Juggler wrote:Kone is due a hattrickKnight of Thorgothshire wrote:Mirallas and Kone are indeed on for DCL and Valencia. 72nd minute.
Re: Everton v Chelsea
Hazard booked for taking down Barkley. And this happened because Barkley tried to get around the entire Chelsea defensive line. Sigh.
Re: Everton v Chelsea
Lukaku hits the freekick over the bar. Not too bad of an effort but I felt that wall was moving too early.
Re: Everton v Chelsea
Gueye booked, he did take out Hazard's legs but dear me, Hazard did close to a dozen rolls on the ground.
