Hull City A.F.C. v Everton FC
So the second game of the festive period will soon be here with a trip to lovely Hull on Friday evening. Another 3pts for Ronald's men is surely on the cards.

Competition runs from 14th Jam to 5th Feb. So probably got him for two more games.

Re: Hull City A.F.C. v Everton FC
Watched the Hull City game on Monday evening. They were well organised and frustrated City until the inevitable finally arrived. We need to be patient and wait to take our changes. Hull offered no real dange going forward so would hope we would have enough to see this one out by 2 goal margin.

Lawro's thoughts
Hull played quite well against Manchester City on Boxing Day but still lost, and it was a similar story for them against Tottenham and West Ham in their previous games too.
The Tigers are competitive and are also creating chances but they do not have anyone to take them and, when you are down amongst the dead men like they are, it always seems a lot harder to nick a goal.
Everton badly needed their win over Leicester - and they got it by playing on the counter-attack, which suits Romelu Lukaku.
Hull will dig in like they did against City, and will be hard to break down but they need a win, and I don't see them getting it.
Lawro's prediction: 1-1
RTJ's prediction: 1-2

I think our more direct approach may be more effective than City's tippy tappy football.

Ronald Koeman has been explaining why he has changed a winning team after dropping Mason Holgate, Aaron Lennon and Ramiro Funes Mori to the Everton bench.
"It's about freshness. It's impossible to play with the same 11 players with three games in eight days," says Koeman.

Hull with a rather dangerous chance there after just 3 minutes. That was not far off the far corner.
