Re: Everton vs Hull
Everton v Hull (19:45 GMT)
"The weekend defeat for Everton at Spurs ended a run of 11 points from 15 and an eight-match unbeaten run in all competitions.
"They were beginning to look like their old selves after the concerns of just one victory from their first seven. They will want an instant return to winning ways in the first of six league matches this month.
"On the other hand, Hull have lost their last four league matches, and scored only once in their last five. Also affecting their confidence will be the fact that they have won just once since the opening day of the season."
Cue them scoring then? Or can we take advantage of their rather poor form and stuff them?
Re: Everton vs Hull
Why does Osman keep getting a game left or right mid, his legs don't have that. Having not started at w/e I'd of expected McGeady in there, two wide players with real pace.
Least Barkley is in his rightful pos, and Etoo has been at his best off the bench....
Hibberd to get the winner

Hull midfielder on 5 live Sport
Everton 0-0 Hull
"Hull look as though they're going for it at Goodison Park so far and that's a positive response after the weekend's defeat to Manchester United."
Everton 0-0 Hull
Hull have had a lot of possession, with Nikica Jelavic causing his old club plenty of problems at the back. But they've not tested Tim Howard yet, who has just taken a heavy fall but appears to be fit to continue.
Let's get going Everton!
Re: Everton vs Hull
Luka hits it from distance but straight at the keeper.
Hull are pressing very well.

And then I read this. Confirms it then.
Conor McNamara
BBC 5 live commentator at Goodison Park
Everton 0-0 Hull
"Not the most assured of starts so far from Everton.
"Despite the fire-power they have up front, they're not really getting the ball to the likes of Kevin Mirallas yet."
