Is he our first German player? One for the anoraks.
I wonder if we have to pay Wolfsberg, even though his contract was terminated?

He regularly visited the Bank of England to discuss finance with the bank's governor, Mervyn King, a lifelong Aston Villa fan.

I think he's earned it. He's not quite the dog of war I was hoping for, but good cover. Before the end of the season, I'd love to see one belter from that left foot, billow the Gladdy net. He just needs lessons from Sheeds.........
