The pick of the bunch are Davies, Doucoure and Gordon. When I say "the pick", I mean the fucking worst. The best thing about Gordon last season was his work rate, but this season he looks like he's ready to burst into tears when something doesn't go his way. He could easily have been sent off, but he should be taken off for sure.

The only half decent performances have come from Patterson and Garner I reckon.

i'm not confident in the team or manager at the moment
there is very little to suggest we are improving at a steady rate

Despite the goal, the alarming thing is the lack of basics.
Passing, shielding, protecting the ball, strength on the ball. Nothing.
The 11 changes doesn't help, but this is academy stuff that we're not doing.
You can't play a whole season on emotion, but we need some sometime.
