Everton v Villa
Another game against a team with something to play for (everyone seems to have something to play for apart from us). I don't imagine we'll be as bad as we were against Wolves so...
1-1 DCL
1-1 DCL

Re: Everton v Villa
We can't get relegated
We can't get into Europe
Carlo has as good as said they are all fucking shite after the last game & he'll sack as many off as he can get bids for
I expect an even worse performance than last time or Spuds... if that's even possible
100% loss... fuck knows the score... 1-0 or 5-0... but a loss

Re: Everton v Villa
I worry about Carlo. He looked a bit lost after the Wolves defeat - has he ever been at a club like this before? I dunno. There's a limit to how much he can shuffle the personnel - at most he might sign three or four new players, and I'm guessing he'll want proven, experienced battlers. Our policy under Brands has been to buy young players with potential, so something has to give.
I have to admit, I'm not optimistic for the future.

Re: Everton v Villa
As the seniors aren't performing, I wonder if we'll start with some kids. At least they'll put some effort in.

Yes, I'd like to see Kean play a full game, not just the last ten minutes. Good to see Bernie back.

Re: Everton v Villa
Weirdly, as it feels like Everton have been pretty poor for a while, they are unbeaten in 10 Premier League home games (W5 D5); only Liverpool (58) are on a longer current such run, while it’s the Toffees’ longest run without defeat at Goodison Park since December 2016 (11).
need a good run to catch them haha
