Unacceptable performance as per Ancelotti. Hard to disagree.

I'm sure Carlo Anchelotti will assess his squad at the end of the season,he probably already knows the majority of players are just not good enough, we are lacking leadership on the pitch by way of a Captain, most of the players appear to have there minds on their holidays hence no tacklers-no fighters-no passion no interest.
Its one thing to lose, But? its another to lose so abysmally, this will have hurt Carlo Anchelotti, It maybe time for Everton to put sentiment a side and become ruthless in the transfer market,
For far too long we have bought players that are trying to resurrect their careers'' when their previous clubs already know what we are learning'' these players stealing a wage, whilst we are being mugged off paying way over the top for their transfer fees and wages.
What we really need is a nucleus through the team, Pickford is not good enough, we need a new keeper who commands his box,a Centre back to replace Michael Kean, we need a Peter Reid type Defensive midfield general, both Delph-Gomes-certainly not good enough, Gomes my never get over his serious injury while Delph shows more interest arguing with the fans on social media.
a quality striker or two is required, Richarlison is not a striker and Calvert lewin is not experienced enough, maybe he needs some one of quality to learn from to help us break into the sky6.
I'm guessing five players would be a good start to rebuilding the nucleus of this team, then a few more windows to remove the dead wood and build up the squad capable to challenge.
