There are a lot of suggestions swirling around, but the best I've heard (possibly) is a foreign coach to come in, maybe Tuchel, with Unsworth as his assistant.
Has Tuchel enough experience? Isn't he only Bundesliga? Yeah I'd agree assistant manager would still be a promotion for Rhino and he could focus on coaching the backs.

Re: David Unsworth - Rhino Boss
A few fans (I say that with tongue in cheek) left at 2-0. Maybe they would have made a come back too, but sadly the boo-boys have had as much to do with a lack of confidence as anything else. There may be another theory to Unsworth playing the young academy players. The crowd are less likely to boo and remonstrate against the kids, than, say the older established players. Tom Davies had one of his worst performances yesterday, yet there was no bad reaction from the crowd. Had that performance been by Schneiderlin or Klassen, they'd have been booed off, and almost certainly substituted. Kenny, Beni, Davies, Lookman, Calvert-Lewin are all being encouraged by the crowd and even the club's EPL top scorer, Niasse has moved into legend territory. I'm tired of the "I pay my money and can say what I want" bunch. If you can't be positive and any part of your life, find something else to do with your time.

In part he reminds me of the Straq - he may not be the most technically gifted player but when everyone else around him is moping, he is at least putting in a shift and his goal yesterday was testament to that attitude. The crowd get lifted by someone giving a shit. He's also a lot better than Straq ever was.

Straq's only aspiration was to be as good a footballer as Boris Johnson.

Re: David Unsworth - Rhino Boss
Have read today that Schneiderlin & Mirallas have been dismissed from training due to attitude ????
Anyone else heard this ???
It wouldn't surprise me at all... in fact I expected it maybe from Sandro, Klaasen & Vasic.. none owere even on the bench yesterday were they ??

Both Mirallas and Schniderlin were told by Big Dunc? If your not going to put the effort In training leave your bibs and f*ck Off, both were escorted (Allegedly) away from USMFF,
David Unsworth then dropped the pair from Sundays squad.

Good stuff if true. I think Kev has been pretty decent when he has played this season though.

Schniederlin posted on twitter that the report was not true, and Mirallas 'liked' the tweet so more to come possibly.

I say give the Rhino a go, at least until the end of the season.
He connects with the players and is 'Everton' thru and thru.

I like him but I think he'd relegate us... we beat Watford sure... with 38% possession at home....SouthernSmugToffee wrote:I say give the Rhino a go, at least until the end of the season.

that was a very fortunate win that we didn't really deserve
we were woeful in the other games under Rhino.. Lyon was truly pathetic without any kind of striker up front.. it would have been perfect to give Sandro his last ditch chance to prove he's not shit
we need a proper manager IMO... maybe leave Rhino there till near the transfer window & then get a real manager in to spend some Mosh dosh & give us back some sort of pride

I agree. We aren't in a position to just give someone a go - it would amount to being the Dignitas of football.

Seconded, there is no way he is ready for this job yet.
As stated above, when is the last time we ended up with less possession than the away side at home? Especially such a massive shift.
We are rudderless at the moment, I understand Rome wasn't built in one day, but we have been even shitter than with Koeman.

I heard that a fan sitting behind the dug-out last night confronted Morgan Schniderlin after the game to ask why was he smiling? the Everton fan told him you should be Embarrassed Lad, Schniderlin Smiled and shrugged his shoulders.
Time for dead wood to be chopped.
