Will Bobby drop Robles after that? I mean he looked pretty good, he even came for some crosses.

I bet Howard is back against Sunderland though.

We were dire though. Need to sort it out for the weekend because that run of 'easier' games looks a lot harder now.

I claim the win, as I poured another cup of tea into my Everton mug and sat there clutching the EFC shirt I keep in the office.

I think we should have stuck with Coleman and Galloway. I know the other two needed the minutes but they looked like fucking Barcelona at times.

Good to see us win the game. I started watching in the 91st minute, so in essence watched the extra time and the shoot out.

I'll take the win. Very Happy

Missed the fucking game.... but cheers

Got back from dropping my lad to the airport to find the water tank ballcock in the loft had broken off & water was pissing through the roof into the bathroom below... thankfully got to the stop cock fast enough to stop it going through the bathroom to the lounge....

Been mopping up all fucking night & trying to dry stuff out....

Plumber in the morning to fit a new ballcock & remove the inevitable airlocks..

COYB cheers

If I was Robles and was dropped for Sunday's game, I'd ask for a transfer. All aspects were better than TH. With Robles and Mori we will be fine, as long as we practice some corners Neutral

Martinez hasn't got the balls to drop Howard, even more pain staking is that Martinez will give Howard the Captaincy for Sundays game against Sunderland.

What annoys me about Martinez is ? He will take us into relegation because of his big EGO.
He won't listen to the fans and three seasons in, he hasn't got a clue about his best team.

It worry's me that he could well win us the League Cup at the expense of are place in the premiership

I doubt if we'll go down, there are too many really shit sides in the PL this season. I'd take 14th in the league and a trophy, even the League Cup. I'd also like to see Booby Martinez sacked. Hmmm. How about, we win the League Cup, and Chelsea come in to take our manager off our hands?

RM's praise of Robles was very contained. No phenomenal, moment of form, etc. Just some vague encouragement.
