Richie again, and he shoots just wide of the far post again. Time to score Richie! Or pass.
Re: Spurs - The Mighty Toffees
Roddie off for Davies.
He's been great, faded a bit, but great first appearance!

Important not to get carried away but I suspect we will win the league.

I agree... and even though we are not in Europe I still expect us to win the Champions League tooArmchair wrote:Important not to get carried away but I suspect we will win the league.

What the fuck just happened there? Did we actually beat Spuds on their own ground whilst outplaying them and if Richarli had his shooting boots on could have been 3 or 4? Allan is a terrier, Doucoure a beast and James class. When do we play the Shite??

I know mate, I was so impressed by the three signings, magnificent start to the season.callmebubbles wrote:What the fuck just happened there? Le Saux had a great quote when Doucoure chased down a Spurs player to get a toe on the ball to get it to Pickford; "Don't think Sigurdsson or Schneiderlin could have done that!" Uh, nope, very true!
Re: Spurs - The Mighty Toffees
Three totally brilliant signings there, ready to go, and the team is transformed.
FUcking hell, that was magnificent.

Re: Spurs - The Mighty Toffees
I am totally riding high so far, but I am worried if Allan or Doucoure get injured. I could even add Roddie to that list. They were class, absolute class.
Re: Spurs - The Mighty Toffees
Just watched the interview with Ancelotti, I think I have a man-crush on him.

Re: Spurs - The Mighty Toffees
The main signing has to be Carlo Anchelotti, knew exactly where are biggest problems came from, I would like to see a back up Keeper for Pickford- new right back ,Coleman played well but we need the fitness of a Digne Type player on the right to support Rodríguez ,Dcl still learning his trade so would love a more experienced striker up front, Carlo could be taking us back to the 80’s .the football today was sublime to see, just Waite until they get fitter.
