Re: AFC Bournemouth vs Everton
The smallest man on the pitch converts as Joshua King picks out a cracking cross from the right, Jonjoe Kenny is AWOL from his post at right-back and Ryan Fraser has all manner of space inside the area. He takes it really well though, side-footing home from about eight yards out.

James McCarthy. Who btw has been rather quiet, not involved much at all.Knight of Thorgothshire wrote:I missed the build up to the goal, who gave the ball away?
Re: AFC Bournemouth vs Everton
The pass from McCarthy that led to the goal was unbelievable. Even so, the entire defence went awol.
Dreadful bunch of shite players we have this season. Good job we're well clear of the relegation zone. I reckon Sam has worked miracles to get us to where we are, the best we can hope for is KITAP1 for the rest of the season. We could do with a point here but I can't see it unless Sam comes up with something clever in the second half.

Re: AFC Bournemouth vs Everton
I am hoping that Rooney is fit enough after the flu that he can play the 2nd half. He'd be taking the spot for Macca then.

Re: AFC Bournemouth vs Everton
We keep on making way too many passes backwards, even though Macca's backpass was rather fantastic...
Anyway, 1-0, HT.

Re: AFC Bournemouth vs Everton
We have to come out of our defensive shell at some point. One nil down at half time to a pretty weak Bournemouth side seems like a good time to do it.

Changes will be made at HT. Macca off for Rooney, possibly Schneiderlin for Davies as well.Armchair wrote:We have to come out of our defensive shell at some point. One nil down at half time to a pretty weak Bournemouth side seems like a good time to do it.

Re: AFC Bournemouth vs Everton
Rooney offside there but what a great pass from Siggi to Rooney, great to see them connecting right away.
Re: AFC Bournemouth vs Everton
I am so tired of seeing these backpasses. I would rather see us lose possession when passing the ball forward that going backwards.
