Everton v Norwich City
Norwich have started well in the Championship
We will hopefully field a near full strength team and then we should have no problems advancing to the next round
We need to keep this wining mentality
3-0

Re: Everton v Norwich City
Normally I'd want us to field our strongest side and really try to win this trophy, but this season I don't want it to get in the way of our head-to-head title fight with Citteh, so let's put out an eleven consisting of the entire catering staff from the staff canteen, with a couple of the under-11s on the bench together with a goldfish, a chicken and three blow up dolls.
0-8 to the carrot crunchers, leaving us to concentrate on the PL title race.

Re: Everton v Norwich City
We need to keep the momentum going.
That said, I can see there being one or two changes. Perhaps Valencia to start.

More from Everton boss Ronald Koeman, previewing Tuesday's home EFL Cup third-round tie against Norwich.
"We start tomorrow with a strong team.
"If we look to Norwich I count them as a Premier League team and not as a Championship team."

TEAM NEWS
Everton striker Romelu Lukaku will be rested for Tuesday's EFL Cup third-round tie with Championship side Norwich at Goodison Park. Â Recent signing Enner Valencia is set to make his first Toffees start in place of the Belgian, who was substituted at the weekend with a toe problem.
Portugal forward Nelson Oliveira, a summer signing from Benfica, could make his Norwich debut. Midfielder Alex Tettey (hip) is a doubt while winger Matt Jarvis (knee) is out.
MATCH STATS
* Everton and Norwich met in round four of the League Cup last season. The Toffees progressed 4-3 on penalties after a 1-1 draw at Goodison Park.
* Everton have won their last five League Cup matches against lower league opponents, scoring 15 goals in the process, an average of three goals per match.
* Meanwhile, Norwich have lost their last five meetings against Premier League opponents (while playing in the Football League), most recently in August 2010, a 3-1 defeat to Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park.
* Everton have lost just one of their last 15 matches against Norwich in all competitions, winning seven and drawing seven.
* Norwich have not beaten Everton at Goodison Park since September 1993, when the Canaries won 5-1.

Luka not even on the bench. Hopefully just a precaution.

That's what Big Ron said in the press conference, he'd be out for this match, but back for the next.
