Everton v Norwich
Right - Time to get serious again
We have some very winnable games coming up.
A good win in the Cup to start a run of 10 unbeaten games
3-0

Re: Everton v Norwich
Martinez, looks to replace ''Howard'' in goal with Robles, probably make a few changes with Naismith & Kone leading the attack, hope Gibson gets a run-out.
Re: Everton v Norwich
Is that actually going to happen? It would be amazing. And as a side note, I can totally see Howard demanding a trade or something silly if he were benched.sefton wrote:Martinez, looks to replace ''Howard'' in goal with Robles, probably make a few changes with Naismith & Kone leading the attack, hope Gibson gets a run-out.
Re: Everton v Norwich
On the OS that Robles will start - he did really well when Howard was injured and felt sorry for him that he couldn't continue as Howard was put back in the first team as soon as he was fit. I was surprised when Robles didn't leave in the summer but hope he does well tomorrow

I hope he has a great game forcing Martinez hand to play him in the league.WellOilBeefHooked wrote:On the OS that Robles will start - he did really well when Howard was injured and felt sorry for him that he couldn't continue as Howard was put back in the first team as soon as he was fit. Is that a tip-off, or just what you reckon, Sef?

It's just occurred to me that Barry will be suspended for this one, and there's a high chance that he wouldn't have played anyway.

Its a guess, as Martinez will rest the likes of Howard-Coleman-Barkley-Barry(suspended) Lukaku.

Everton XI: Robles, Oviedo, Funes Mori, Stones, Browning, Gibson, McCarthy, Mirallas, Osman, Kone, Lukaku
Good to see Ovi back. Wonder if we'll play two up front or Kone in some daft wide position?

Re: Everton v Norwich
Defended that corner absolutely brilliantly as usual. Kings of the set piece we are.
Re: Everton v Norwich
Mind you I can see why Bobby feels it's more important to make sure that we finish 9th rather than 11th, than to try and actually win a trophy.
