Re: Everton vs West Brom
What a joke of a performance. Too much tappy tap tap outside the area, trying to walk it into the area, especially from Barkley.
At least got a week off from displaying that type of shit to the fans.

Re: Everton vs West Brom
I really can't stomach another game. We are just hopeless. Devoid of any invention. All huff and puff. Having said that, I knew Pulis would come and set up Brom like that. Fucking hate the cunt.
Stones, Besic and Oviedo all did ok. The rest, well, shite.

It's going to cost me around €400 all in to go to the derby match. I should have my head examined

One win in 10 for Everton. Two in 13. Two points from 18 in the last 6 games.

Oviedo MOTM. The only player with any desire to win the fucking game or even try to fashion a chance.

Naismith denies everything in interview. "Kev is in form and playing well, he wanted to take it etc etc Baines isn't the penalty taker. Kev came off with an injury"
Fair play Nais, but fuck off you lying cunt. You wanted to fucking nut him.

Re: Everton vs West Brom
Everton's Steven Naismith, speaking to Sky Sports about the penalty:
"We have won the pen and the ball has fell to Kev, Kev is so confident, he showed in the FA Cup game against West Ham that he very confident then and he slotted his penalty away. He is in form and he is playing well so he wanted to step up and take it. Unfortunately he has missed but we should have had enough in the 90 minutes (to win) rather than relying on the penalty.
Asked if Baines is the penalty taker, Naismith adds:
"No, Baines had a very good record and then he missed at Man Utd earlier this season, which was disappointing for him. We have got some fantastic players and Kev's dead-ball play is fantastic. Like I said, he was obviously confident from how he played West Ham, and how he started this game. So he fancied it and stepped up to take it, he has got to show he is man enough to take it, and he did so."

Re: Everton vs West Brom
Steven Naismith, speaking about Kevin Mirallas' half-time substitution:
"The manager came in and had his normal team-talk at half-time. I think Kev has come off with an injury. Think that is what it was more than anything else, he never came in the changing room so I am sure it was an injury. "I think we have shown in the two games against West Ham in the FA Cup and against Manchester City the fight we have got in this squad. "We know we are a good team, we showed it last season and we have done it in spells this season. The disappointment this season is that the consistency has not been there."

What's he saying? Toffeeweb is going nuts about it, whatever it is.
Re: Everton vs West Brom
Martinez saying we miss a Leon Oman or Steven pienaar to finish in the last quarter ,what a load of crap.

Baines is his number one penalty taker but happy for Baines and Kevin to 'discuss' it. Kev was feeling his hamstring and came off at the break. The rest, he just went off on a usual ramble which I tuned out of. At least he didn't use the word 'phenomenal'.

He's finished. The one who needs to have the balls is Billy K, but I don't think he has any, so it will get messy before Martinez goes. He'll relegate us then resign.
Doomed.
Re: Everton vs West Brom
Like a few on here I was not confident when Martinez got the job, but like everyone said give him a chance, he's had his chance now, turned us into Wigan playing tiki take football , Barkley looks like a rabbit stunned by car headlights , jags not the same player, no motivation what so ever from Martinez . Nice guy but, he's not premiership standard please go before we are relegated.
