This morning I caught up on the 'footballisfixed' blog. Makes me doubt that any game involving the fergusons is entirely innocent.
Haven't seen his posted about yesterday though.....

Cork is full of retards.
As Lumper's lawyer I must point out that he used the present tense when he said "Cork is full of retards". This means that is Mrs M4G is not in Cork currently then Lumper was not referring to her. If he had said "everyone from Cork is a retard" then we would happily give his name and address.
We give Mrs M4G three days to get a written apology to my client Mr Lumper.

Free Lumper... with every purchase.
We have been copied in your egregious overt and threatening letters to our client a heretofore man of umimpeachable arrogance and sarcasm. That said there can be no doubt that your original posts and attempts at corroboration where in themselves poorly written in direct contravention to the Edict of Trafford. It is our contention that the post was nowhere near specific enough to exclude our client's wife. It is equally galling for a client to read such posts in his wife's absence. It's not really a cause for humour to see how she readily fucks up beans on toast so that it comes out like spaghetti. That takes real skill.
As to the contravention our client is prepared to accept a small token of retribution. He will accept £2.5 million or alternatively wife swap - with both wives he is not fussed who is first! We await your considered response..
Sorry Lumper. It seems like you are going down lad... I still get paid though right?![]()
I'll give you 5% of the cornflake toastie and no more.

Re: Manchester Utd 4 Everton 4 (Jelavic 2, Fellaini, Pienaar)
We look a different team, attracking wise, with Peanuts in there, a bit of creativity and pace going forward
Hugely impressed by Fellaini in his new role too, Ferdinand hardly won anything, much more effective than Cahill. If we can add someone else to play alongside Gibson, or bring Ossie in to the middle and get someone wide right, we're sorted

Re: Manchester Utd 4 Everton 4 (Jelavic 2, Fellaini, Pienaar)
I don't think we should be fooled by one game. Fellaini has usually been shite when thrown up front - I'm not the only one who has moaned like fuck whenever Moyes has swapped the big fella and Cahill half way through a game. He had a good game against Manure but he's miles better at the back of the midfield than at the front - he has no pace, his heading is poor for a big man, and his shot is usually really crap - one nice volley won't change that.
I'd love to think the answer to all our problems is to stick Felli up front with Jelli, but I don't see it.

Well unless Moyes gets some money for a long term replacement for Cahill, we may not have a choice. I think the more he has calmed down, the more skill and awareness he has shown in the box typified by the layoff for Pienaar and volley from Hibbo cross. If Jelavic's header hadn't dropped into the net it would probably have been a simple knock in for him as well. They look potentially like a serious partnership in the making.
My worry is would taking him out of the engine room weaken us too much? There is a case for putting Ossie in there beside Gibson but would they dovetail as well as Felly and Gibbo have? Still worth maybe looking at for the rest of the season.

He's worth tons more to us in the engine room than loping about up front. We either need to find the money to sign the likes of a Clint Dempsey, or give Velios or Barkley a run just off the striker.

I think Velios could end up being a very useful player indeed.
With 2 decent central midfielders in the shape of Gibbo and Felli, we don't need to be playing 4-5-1 anymore.

This is also true. With those two enforcers and a second striker who can track back - and actually Jellyman has been no mug at tracking back himself - we won't get over-run playing an almost-4-4-2 with Clint Dempsey alongside Jelavic (in my dreams).
