So, I decided to make a thread seeing as it'll be my daughters first game. We watched the cup game replay on telly, and she was up tip late and refused to bed and chanted " King Smelly" all evening.
That's good enough for me, and with that I am feeling about as confident as I have about Moyes and his team since the boys of 09, so expect a glossy home win here, nothing less. No more feeling like his going to undermine us all with boggling team selections, just batter them
2-1 is my prediction.
PS, I now the Norwich game is earlier, but fuckyall!

Quite right! Talk about trying to jinx us before the semi final. Our season is now in tatters. Unbelievable Bryan - you should be ashamed.

Just two days after a 2-2 with a plucky Norwich side, we play Sunderland for the third time in three hours. Last time they came to Goodison, they had a full back score a pile driver past us. Well, Martin O'Neills you proprietor of cheap pub chains, this time you'll feel the full wrath of our own full back who can score from 25 yards. And I preferred Yates bars anyway.
3-0: Hibbert with all three.

Anyhow.
1-2 to Sunderland. Kevin Philips and Les Ferdinand scoring for Sunderland. Vic scoring in the 98th minute and then running over to hug Byran to celebrate.

Can I just point out that Kevin Phillips doesn't play for Sunderland anymore.

Pienaar will play as he is cup tied. I doubt Gauye will play again this season, you could see Moyes going mental with him yesterday.
Do we have anyone one booking away from a suspension?
Also think Straq may start. JH probably to play somewhere. Vic might even come into a starting position.

Re: Everton 4 (Gueye, Pienaar, Osman, Anichebe) Sunderland 0
I'm looking forward to today's game for some strange reason...
I reckon there will be quite a few fringe players playing for a spot against the shite .. I think Moyes may rest a lot & maybe play Victor, Stracq, Coleman & Vellios... Pienaar will surely play as he's cup tied I think & Felli must be left out since he's one yellow card from a ban.. it would be mad to lose him for a petulant foul against this shower. Fancy Royston to come back all guns firing as well.. Magaye had his turn last weekend..
Crazy team, but I reckon it could look something like
Howard
Hibbo - J5 - Jags - Coleman
Vic - Pienaar - Pip - Drenthe
Stracq - Vellios
COYB ... IMWT

I reckon we will win this one. A scrappy 1-0 win with Anichebe scoring, making Moyes wonder whether he is worth a start at Wembley.

Re: Everton 4 (Gueye, Pienaar, Osman, Anichebe) Sunderland 0
It can only be 1-0 Hibbo .. he hit the woodwork last time so it's a natural progression

We'll probably rest Felliani, put Pip in midfield with Gibbo. Hibbert at RB. 1-1, I think I predicted in tipster.
