Sunderland 0 Everton 2 (Jelavic, Vaughan o.g.)
Following the disappointing home draw with Sunderland in this season's FA Cup Sixth round tie we travel to, erm, Sunderland for this FA Cup Sixth Round replay. There will be no Martin O'Neill vertical jumping as Moyes Boys will have out fought and out thought the small town in Newcastle by 10 p.m. on Tuesday evening.
Conversely, Gary Bennett (???) believes that this could be Sunderlands year.

I have a message for you
A mediocre game where Hibbo only just scores three, including two in injury time to complete his perfect hat trick (one off his left buttock, one off his right buttock and one off his head).
3-0 Hibbert (34, 90+1, 90+23)

David Moyes says he has 'a few' injury doubts ahead of the trip to Sunderland and that players will be assessed on Tuesday.

So how does this work in the Match Thread League, Super? Result after 90 minutes, is it?

If the game goes to extra time use that as the result. If goes to pens that is when it gets tricky.

How about my points and GD allocation based on the 90 minutes score, but whether or not I can start the next thread is based entirely on whether or not we are still in the cup by the end of the game?

It won't matter. We will thrash the bastards.

I think you should only be allowed to continue if Hibbo scores ... anything else is not good enoughDixie Land wrote:Roy Stone Drenched wrote:Super wrote:Roy Stone Drenched wrote:Super wrote:David Moyes says he has 'a few' injury doubts ahead of the trip to Sunderland and that players will be assessed on Tuesday.

No Pienaar, Drenthe, or Coleman and Donovan gone. Really going to struggle to get some width tomorrow. I'm guessing Moyes will play Osman & Geuye on the wings, Fellaini and Gibson in the middle. Going to be a long slog tomorrow. just hope the players can raise themselves after a heavy fixture list lately.

Is there any actual factual info about Drenthe?

............midfield options are seriously reduced by injury to Jack Rodwell and Seamus Coleman plus the ineligibility of Steven Pienaar. Royston Drenthe will also miss a second game in succession for what Moyes described as "a family situation. I have given him some compassionate leave."

This story has legs.
