Re: Everton 1 Man City 0 (Gibson)
Best performance of the season. Watched MoTD for a change & the highlights (after going to the game). Plus the transfer news.
Watching the game again I thought, sure, we played really well but it was mostly City that did all the pressing without success. One might argue they were unlucky with the possession they had but they didn't use it well enough whereas we took our chance & defended with our lives. Great night!
And no! Hansen - it was never a foul by Fellaini for the goal in a million years. Bitter Gobshite!

Liverpoole Echo Sun 12 March 1234: Euerton celebrate another drubbing of ye Shoite - quaffing muche Ale (Ye Spellowe, Blacke Horse, Wims Lowe (upstairs)) and spliffs & oft singing new chant "1,2 - 1,2,3 - 1,2,3,4 - 5-Nil." Big Dunkane (Bird Keeper of Euerton) was, yet again, sent-off by Judge Polle for landing several blows at head of serf James of Carreggore & Red Shoite Stephen Meelaar, Squire of Hitune fame who wed Ladie of The Night Alexa de Curraine and is wont to fight pubbe minstrels, was given an earlie dunking in Ye Mere of Stanlee Parke for an elbough to face of local serf Hibbeyrt. After being given ye olde clothe of vinegar by Rath-Boyne Hibbeyrt returned to scoreth fifth & finale goale past Ye Flying Pigge Thomas of Lawrence in Parke Ende - a riot followed. Couldn't beleive it when he said he's "seen them given" - fellaini took the ball cleanly then had his foot stamped on - how is that a foul by fellaini????? Bitter reds
Re: Everton 1 Man City 0 (Gibson)
Hansen also wanted a pen for the Lescott/Howard tangle. Lescott clearly backed into him, even though Tim made a meal of it. The Neville one I have seen given.Sack the Juggler wrote:Toffee Dan wrote:Best performance of the season. Watched MoTD for a change & the highlights (after going to the game). Plus the transfer news.

(Sadly, I didn't get home quick enough to see us on MOTD. 1 extra guinness was worth it)
Pablo's highlights are conclusive. Once a Kopite, always a Gobshite.

true but neville had his hands behind him out of the way and it hit his elbow, it was not like he had spread his hands / arms like micah richards did - no time to move despite hansen saying he had 9 yards, 2 of which disappeared as he was running forward
Re: Everton 1 Man City 0 (Gibson)
Peter Walton was very generous to us last night. The Pip handball could have been given and Royston should have been sent off.
Hansen is still a tool.

Swansea on 21st December. We have only had 2 home league games since then (before the city game). 2 clean sheets in 4 home PL games isn't bad.

I read that earlier. It's a beauty. The blue moon forum has some similarly paranoid contributors.

Of course City NEVER raised their game (usually at home) against United did they?

Wasn't their win at Old Trafford the first one in donkeys?
And they can fook off too, they ALWAYS roll over at Anfield.

What a terrible nonsense article that was.

I love the way that the opening paragraph was written by someone without a basic grasp of the English language.

The best part of that story is this:
I did not watch the game vs Everton
Proper fan that has the right to comment on the game.
