It's about time we had some luck at Ewood.
AJ was never offside.

Safe to say after watching MOTD, dont think any of the 3 were penalties..

Considering how totally shite we were and the win was down to pure luck, I really wonder how much of a confidence boost this win was.Bluejags wrote:I couldnt give a fuck how shite we were. We had several clear chances last week and lost. Not a sniff today but a debatable peno and won! Go figure but two wins in 4 days will at least do the confidence some good..![]()
We need to move heaven, earth, the couch, the main stand to find something for a striker this week. Il send Bill £50 if it will help!

Dunno, when you think everything is going against you (like last week) a bit of luck is a morale-booster. I always say to my tennis doubles partner, 'You be good , I'll be lucky'.
Anyway at least it pricked Barkley's confidence and made him realise he can't be Stevie Me every game.
They were unlucky but we were better, if that makes sense.

We were better than boiled shite...that is all yesterday...I can't remember us paying so woefully or with such like of confidence. We can only get better though....I think

At this stage in the season (remember last season at this time
) a win is a WIN
I'll take it.
BUT we have to get better and quickly

we looked like a better team not clicking, with stuff 'almost working' quite often. BB OTOH were playing well.

After Hibbert's performance midweek, I can't see how DM is going with Pip, when he seems to be so far off the pace right now (and maybe forever).Made 4 Gwladys wrote:I disagree.. As you say Howard was the only one worth his salt yesterday.
The passes out of defence were shocking.
It's never been Jags' forte, but yesterday he was dreadful.
Cahill gave us some hope second half, but too little on his own.
Strikers? Oh dear.

Add to that Distin out of position all the fucking time and Tater just not doing what he used to do!
Bainesey was OK to be fair.

In the end it's 3 points and Spuds are bottom!!

Forgot to tell you that a buddy of mine who moved to England (Menwith Hill, west of Harrogate) took his 12 year old son to the Blackburn - Everton game. Spoke with him today and he didn't think that Everton looked very good...
