Saha to keep his run going with 6 and Beckford 3 against a disappointing Bolton side, Kevin Davies getting his usual consolation goal as the Blues march up the table. Other scores go our way and we're 9th
cheers

We're gonna batter these on the back of the GP high against Blackpool...

Saha will get another 4.. Heitinga will break his duck.. Beckford will score 2 in injury time after being brought on in the 89th minute & Hibbo will round it off with the final kick off the game.

Owen Coyle will smile in the 8th second, the last time that it's 0-0

Saha will additionally have 7 goals disallowed by Kevin Friend in the first half for having orange hair & another 5 disallowed for being French in the second half by Twattenburg who flew in by helicopter to replace Friend, who choked on a toffee in the changing room at the break.

0-8

I think he blew the whistle right before Saha shot, at least that's what I seem to recall.

Nope - you are correct! Just watched it and the ball was on the way in when he blew the whistle!

I thought he kicked it, then the ref blew, which he should be put up before the FA to explain his actions. The fact the linesman had a flag up is irrelevant, as the linesman only indicates an offense. It's up to the ref whether or not to act upon the flag or allow advantage. It was awful refereeing, and it's time refs were able to reconsider.

As for Bolton, we destroyed them last time only for them to nick a goal. We need to finish our chances off.

Live game on Sky.

Do you think he will stick to the same team leaving Cahill & Jagielka on the bench?

I think he will just swap Johnny H for Jags as he was to blame for Blackpool's 3rd.

I think he'll keep the same team, he usually doesn't change a winning team does he?

... dropping Johnnie would destroy his confidence & be a bad move IMO.. Jags & Tim are great subs to have..

If anyone is in question over current form I'd have said Howard...

Coleman was to blame in my book for a stupid header. Jags has been shit for us for ages and should enjoy the bench for a spell in order to not want to sit on it again.

We're starting to score goals but letting in soft ones at the same time. I've no idea how any of our games are going to end at the moment but I'm going to predict 2-2 for every game for the rest of the season.

Bolton have only won one in their last 8 league games but I suppose that means nothing on the day. I still think that we are looking confident now and Saha looks like the striker that we knew he could be. We have looked a little shakey at the back but I still think that Distin and Heitinga have looked good. Distin will have to deal with Davies while Johnny keeps tight on Struridge but I think we will cause them more problems than they will cause us. It will be down to whether we can take our chances and not make any stupid mistakes.

I fancy a 2-1 win to us with Saha scoring twice.

This could be the time for Beckford to show he has what it takes to start a game and not just be an impact sub. I also hope that Moyes doesnt start with Anichebe, even though that is what I expect to be honest.

It looks as if we will go back to the 4411 formation with Cahill coming back into the side. I just hope that our confidence isnt knocked too much by Saha getting injured again after scoring 4 in one game.

I still think we will win but only by one goal.

Very loseable indeed.
I fear it will be the all too frequent 0-1 today due to a single stupid defensive error. Sad
