Cheers, Mike. Anyone seen much of Jaoa Silva.
Only the cameo he made last game. Never really got into the game. Looks to be a big old fashioned style forward though.

Pip #1 RB

I think Hibbert's experience is helpful but offensively he is pretty shite.

As Coleman would be coming on as a sub he as more to offer ie we'd generally only use him when we need an extra offensive player

I'd keep Hibbert though as no doubt we'll have an injury crisis and he can play CB (albeit not the best)

Not a bad atmosphere in the Everton end last night although first half was pretty average...must have been some stern words at HT as they started to play a bit in second half.

Rodwell looked a class apart - has so much time on the ball. I thought Neville was solid and allowed Rodwell the freedom to knock it around, seemed to work ok.

Agree with most of what has been said already - Jags was rock solid most of the time, Coleman did ok, Saha was too clever for most Brisbane defenders & would have had a few frees in the PL which weren't given last night. Geye looked very good at training & showed it again in the match when he came on - know it doesn't always happen that way but he is pacy and has a bit of trickery about him too. Coleman did ok and I think he will be ahead of Hibbo but probably not Neville. Billy was as frustrating as ever! Vic is looking sharp as well although he could have done better with chances that came his way.

Think that about sums it up! Great night here with a ton of happy Blues partying on afterwards!!!
