United after Coleman. Given they ponied up £30m for luke shaw, they're going to have to stick another £15m at least onto that if they want fullback that actually scores and creates goals.
Alternatively, we could just tell them to do one.

Keep him. Potential to be an Everton legend if he stays with us. He has come on so much in the last 2 years it is unbelievable. He must be one of the best RB in the world. Not the best but up there.

Re: 23: Seamus Coleman - Sligo's overpriced superstar
It'll be hard to keep any player at the moment. We have clearly reached a point of stagnation. Any sensible player would be interested in hearing what the "bigger" teams are saying. Again, if we had been pushing for a CL spot, then they could all fook off, but we are much closer to being relegated than a CL spot.Gravy & Chips wrote:They can have the imposter that has been wearing his shirt for the last few monthsThe President wrote:Manchester United are considering a £25m bid for Everton right-back Seamus Coleman, 26, who is also wanted by Chelsea. The transfer window will be a good indicator of what the players really think of Martinez. If they think he's wank, and they think Bill is too wank to sack him, they'll be looking elsewhere. Mirallas, Barkley, Coleman are the obvious ones. Baines may be too pricey to bid for at his age/form/length of contract? Stones? Dunno, maybe too young/unproven to think about moving on yet.
Be great if someone came in for Barry, McGeady and Lukaku though

Their is definitely something not quite right at Goodison at the moment, could it be that Eto'o earning high wages is causing a storm? or could it be that Mirallas wants away?
or is it a lot simpler that Martinez just doesn't know his best eleven players.
I have heard their is no money available for the January window, so, maybe a few loanee's

Unfit and unprepared squad in August. Unnecessary rotations early on in the season. No Plan B. Individual errors usually due to the tiki taka tactics when a Ron Yeats heave ho is the best ball. Getting Big Luke the ball more often and getting the ball into their box now and again.
Barclay may need different coaching to what he's getting at the moment, cause I feel sorry for the lad. The natural talent is being eroded by overthinking? Either way his game has gone.
Then there's McGeady constantly in Coleman's space. I hope RM can find a buyer. If the Junuzaj rumours are true then our spacial relationship with OT is renewed, and we'll be losing somebody, but gaining a player who could link with Baines.

One of are major problems is playing players out of position , Baines hasn't been the same since Pienaar got injured, Coleman seems to have one eye on the exit door in Jan, Naismith needs to be playing right behind Lukaku, Midfield is a travesty Barkley playing too defensive with McGeady just not playing at all.
we need a solid defender to play with Jags/Stones, McCarthy needs a younger partner as Barry is too old and a liability, Howard needs competition.
Re: 23: Seamus Coleman - Sligo's overpriced superstar
Roberto Martinez rejects talk of £25m move from Manchester United for Everton star Seamus Coleman
Everton boss Roberto Martinez has rubbishes rumours linking full-back Seamus Coleman with a move to Manchester United.
Recent reports have suggested that the Red Devils want to bring the Republic of Ireland international to Old Trafford but Martinez has rebuffed the speculation.
Ahead of his side's trip to Hull City on New Year's Day, the Spaniard confirmed there has been no contact between the two clubs over a transfer in January or at the end of the season.
"For me it's nothing to comment, I haven't seen that and I've got no recollection of that," Martinez said.
"As you can imagine what we want at the football club is to build something that will make us stronger and the last thing we want is to lose important players."
Coleman has attracted attention from some of the biggest clubs in Europe as a result of his fine form for the Toffees since signing for the Goodison Park club from Sligo Rovers in 2009.
The attacking right-back, who signed a new long-term contract in the summer, has made 159 appearances for the Merseysiders and scored an impressive 17 goals.
