3-1. Beckford FGS. Billy and Cahill with the others.

2-2 Yobo and Coleman, we lose on Pens
Re: Everton 5 (Fellaini,Rodwell,Beckford(p),Saha,Osman) Hudd T 1
I expect no less than 28 goals from the Blues. Hat-tricks for Saha, Beckford, Neville, Rodwell, Cahill and Hibbo, with everyone else pitching in and a fine last minute solo run from Tim Howard ending with him slamming the ball into the roof of the net with his penis.

Based on the Wolves game, I can totally see that happen.hairy cataract wrote:I expect no less than 28 goals from the Blues. Huddersfield come to town tomorrow night for the Carling Cup 2nd round match. Our record against the Terrier is very good with 10 wins and 2 draws in our last 12 matched at Goodison and unbeaten home & away since 1956. Having said that we have only met Huddersfield twice since 1972 and these meetings were in the Carling Cup 2nd round back in 1998 when you had to play 2 legs. We drew 1-1 away in the first leg with big Dave Watson getting the goal and then beat them 2-1 a week later with goals from Dacourt & Materazzi.
Hopefully this will not be a potential banana skin of a tie and we will comfortable be in the hat for the next round draw. Will predict a 3-1 win for Everton with goals from Beckford, Arteta & Bily.

Re: Everton 5 (Fellaini,Rodwell,Beckford(p),Saha,Osman) Hudd T 1
How should Moyes play this one? Stick with the experienced team he's been playing in the league, giving them another game to get their act together. Or play Coleman, Rodwell etc to give them some match practice?
Re: Everton 5 (Fellaini,Rodwell,Beckford(p),Saha,Osman) Hudd T 1
I think Moyes will pick a strong starting 11 as we need to register our first win... if we lose it will be disasterous for confidence & won't put us in good frame of mind for Villa...
I expect us to be near full strength & scrape a 1-0 win with a late goal from Hibbo

He must play 442
I'd take Cahill out and play Becks and Saha upfront.
Coleman at RB and Yobo and Jags in at CB, Baines LB
Osman, Rodwell, Arteta, Steven P
If we loose to Hudersfield them DM should get a written warning.

Do you thinks Moyes will give the youngsters a run out?

They were very poor against Peterborough on Saturday, took a 2 goal lead and lost 4-2!

You would have hoped so, otherwise the crowd could be very low.

i THINK the tickets are on the cheap though, TBH, even if it was GBP8 for an adult, 2 for a Kid, lucky to be +30k.
However i think Wolves game was a sell out, 37k+ there, oh and Bryan wearing a mask.

Yeah only £12 for an adult ticket this evening. Was going to go and watch Peterborough Utd v Cardiff City last night, but was £20 to stand in the London Road end. Got less that 4,000 in attendance last night.
