Everton v Brighton at Goodison Park 15.00 pm k/ o.
will be interesting to see how the home fans react to the players ,when being announced over the tannoy.
A toxic atmosphere is expected if there’s no sign of effort being put in, we best not lose today.
I’m expecting a reaction from the players today .
2-0

Boos ring out at Goodison Park as Theo Walcott appears to be pulled back by Lewis Dunk inside Brighton's penalty area.
There's a lengthy VAR check. No penalty.
The mood among Everton fans is not good.

If Walcott had hit the ground though, it would have been given, guaranteed.Made 4 Gwladys wrote:VAR says noKnight of Thorgothshire wrote:That should be a penalty....

Theo Walcott looked to be blatantly pulled back by the Brighton defender Lewis Dunk. The decision is no penalty and the Everton fans inside Goodison Park are incredulous at the decision.

More on the VAR decision.

Walcott is the wrong side of Lewis Dunk, Dunk doesn’t know what to do and pulls him down.
Walcott’s actually got punished for not going down. He’s trying to stay on his feet. The referee got it wrong and VAR got it wrong.

Webster with a crucial block as Bernard unleashes a shot from the edge of the box.

Richie is down, and I think he's down for real this time, as in he's not just down like he normally is 10-12 times a game.
Re: Angry Birds v Seagulls
The live broadcast didn't mention anything about a handball. No replay shown either that I saw.Made 4 Gwladys wrote:OS suggested handball by Webster ??? ... no VAR ???Knight of Thorgothshire wrote:Webster with a crucial block as Bernard unleashes a shot from the edge of the box.
