Everton, fresh from a spanking by relegated Fulham are hosting Man United who are fresh from a spanking from Barcelona.

To be fair, if you are going to get a spanking by a team, its better to get one from Barcelona rather than be embarrassed by Fulham.  Having said that, Fulham are on a role now with two wins on the bounce, so maybe not so embarrassing???

Anyway, Man United are fighting for a champions league place, Everton are fighting for a Europa league place.

Everton are without Gomes because he's an idiot, but we have Davies and Schniderlin as options, and prior to the Fulham debacle, we had kept clean sheets in the previous three games, something that Man United haven't been able to do for the last 10 games.

So I'm going for 2-0 for the mighty blues, with our ex-man united link helping us to glory... Jesper Blomqvist and Tim Howard cheers

Another great performance, even though I thought that Man U were poor. But I think we made them poor, at least to a certain extent. We did the same to Chelsea and Arsenal.

Getting 10 out of 12 points against the Shite, Chelsea, Arsenal and Man Utd is simply fantastic.

Another great win, and a great performance, AND another clean sheet.

To be fair, United were poor and looked like they had already started their holidays, they didn't chase much down and gave us loads of space to pass the ball around. Even the first goal, DCL out jumped two united defenders to knock that ball on and no one even challenged Richarlison for his overhead kick. Siggies goal was special, especially beating de Gea from that distance, but he wasn't closed down. Digne's goal was also special, but the united players were jogging out, felt like it was a charity match at times. I'll finish off with Walcott's goal, which was special for the set up by Siggie, but Walcott's first touch was heavy and normally I would expect de Gea to get to it, but he didn't and it was a good finish in the end by Walcott.

Don't get me wrong, we played well, but if United had turned up then I think we would have only won 2-0 Very Happy

By the way, this was yet another game where we had loads of chances, scored loads of goals, and DCL still didn't get on the score sheet.... wonder if Lukaku will be available cheap in the Summer?

The difference between the Man Utd game and the Arsenal game was that we actually converted on more of our chances. We probably should have beaten Arsenal 3 or 4 nil as well based on how dominant we were.

I missed the game unfortunately. I've read a few match reports but I can't find any reference to us having played. Still it's good to see Utd lose.
