Chelsea v Everton
Can't see us beating an inform Chelski. Hopefully we can take a point.
Everton boss Marco Silva is now talking to the media too, giving an update on Richarlison after the in-form Brazilian forward picked up a problem in training this week.
"He didn't do the whole training session today, he did some individual work. There is a doubt but we will see tomorrow.
"Phil Jagielka and James McCarthy are in full training with the squad, but Jonjoe Kenny is still a doubt for the weekend."

Hoping we might do a snatch and grab win.
1-2 Siggurdson and Walcott
Re: Chelsea v Everton
Will watch the game, naturally, but can't see us getting anything from it. Or can we bring back Cahill for a game?
Re: Chelsea v Everton
Can't see us getting anything, but some kind of improvement on the performance at Old Trafford would be a step in the right direction.

The game is on a Mexican channel here in Colorado. And after our game the Manchester derby is on. I better start learning some Spanish...
Re: Chelsea v Everton
Nailed on Barkley will score (and probably kiss the badge).

Lots of yellows and obviously they are trying to kick us off the park. I want Besic back to instill a little fear.

Some good positives to take? Clean sheet,Mina played well,Digne ran the line well but? Pickford my man of the match. We got a good point. How many would taken that before kick off?

I would and I’m happy with it. Difficult to watch as I thought Chelsea would find an opening. It was a good defensive performance. Not a lot of teams will get a point there this season so its a positive.

Re: Chelsea v Everton
If there was any doubt we have a world world class keeper in Pickford, we can put that to rest. Easily the best player on the pitch.
Chelsea are a bit fascinating to watch, their game has ebbs and flows to it making it harder to defend since it's not clear when they will strike. They also like the over the top ball down the middle and out wide putting us on the back foot.
And all of this is mixed up with some very good short passing to keep the defence honest.
It was a great well fought effort to get us a point.
Lastly, Morata, what a massive bellend he is. Always complaining and hitting the ground from just the slightest of touches. So glad he didn't score.

A perfect replacement for Costa
Good point. I'd have settled for that before kick off.

Re: Chelsea v Everton
Enjoyable second half. The Chelsea fans were dying for Barkley to score, so it was a relief that he was utter shite when he came on. Probably just trying too hard, cos he was overhitting passes all over the park. I did hear one Chelsea fan saying we parked the bus with ten men behind the ball, but I didn't see it that way at all. I did think we played very well and deserved a point, though Chelsea really did look good when they were going through the gears in the second half.
Gana is having a great season, as is Pickford, but in general we just look better right through the team compared to the last couple of seasons.
Bit worried about Bernard, he does seem to go to pieces when he's in on goal, and I thought Lookman maybe did enough this time to get himself a start next time around.
COYB!

Re: Chelsea v Everton
Yeah. Bernard’s other position is supposedly behind the striker but I don’t think he’d displace Siggy. If that first strike had gone I though.... whoosh!
Funny that Chavs LB is their best attacker.
And Gomes makes Gana better, much better.

At a birthday party commiserating with my ManU mate, WH has adopted us as his other team. I though he was being condescending until he told me he’s ordered our away shirt.
