0-1!!!!!! Total chaos in the box, own goal in the end.
Re: Swansea v Everton (Relegation threatened Tour - Game 1)
And then Walcott is just inches from beating Fabianski for a second goal.
Re: Swansea v Everton (Relegation threatened Tour - Game 1)
GOAL - Swansea 0-1 Everton
Kyle Naughton own goal (43 mins)
Just bizarre! It eventually goes in off Kyle Naughton's face after Yannick Bolasie has a shot well saved and Idrissa Gueye can't convert the follow-up.
The referee waited for the goal-line technology to buzz on his wrist - then sends Everton's players punching the air in delight. Swansea thought they had cleared the deflection off the line.
Re: Swansea v Everton (Relegation threatened Tour - Game 1)
we aren't good. What's the point of continuous long ball when Tosun and Bolassie are a foot shorter than their markers? Rooney getting about well, and Gueye buzzing about too. But both Baines and Coleman have been under pressure. Schneiderlin ok again so far. Walcott patchy. Bolassie at least better than last week.
Give Vlasic a run.

Re: Swansea v Everton (Relegation threatened Tour - Game 1)
Keane with a "great" header 5 yards out from his own goal to a Swansea player who almost scores. Keane has been shaky at times.
Re: Swansea v Everton (Relegation threatened Tour - Game 1)
Another good chance for Swansea, Pickford with the save, corner.
Re: Swansea v Everton (Relegation threatened Tour - Game 1)
Both Tosun and Walcott have not had much service and have therefore been isolated.
Re: Swansea v Everton (Relegation threatened Tour - Game 1)
Sloppy defending from both sides, the game is being stretched.
Re: Swansea v Everton (Relegation threatened Tour - Game 1)
Ayew should have been sent off! Only gets a yellow, but oh dear, that could have snapped the leg!
Re: Swansea v Everton (Relegation threatened Tour - Game 1)
This is like a play ground games at times, no flow, very congested. Scrappy.
Re: Swansea v Everton (Relegation threatened Tour - Game 1)
Both our fullbacks are under pressure more than I'd like to see.
Re: Swansea v Everton (Relegation threatened Tour - Game 1)
All Swansea now. We are being totally over run.
Re: Swansea v Everton (Relegation threatened Tour - Game 1)
Dyer with a good effort from 20 yards out, just over the bar.
Re: Swansea v Everton (Relegation threatened Tour - Game 1)
Is there something about Baines that gets the opposition so riled with him?Knight of Thorgothshire wrote:Ayew should have been sent off! Only gets a yellow, but oh dear, that could have snapped the leg!

It's pretty entertaining that we are still leading this game. Off the line from the corner.
Ah, never mind, 1-1.

And my shaky feed has died again. Maybe just as well.
Re: Swansea v Everton (Relegation threatened Tour - Game 1)
My feed back on and Coleman hits the bar, fook, so close.
Re: Swansea v Everton (Relegation threatened Tour - Game 1)
Funes Mori is on, not sure who he came on for.
Re: Swansea v Everton (Relegation threatened Tour - Game 1)
Swansea shoot over from 8 yards out and he has lots of room.
Re: Swansea v Everton (Relegation threatened Tour - Game 1)
Freekick here for us 25 yards out... Rooney over the bar.
