Re: Everton vs Burnley
Niasse with a shot from outside the box, didn't really connect and his effort trickles wide of the far post. At least he's not afraid to take the shot.
Re: Everton vs Burnley
Williams with another shit clearance, think Thursday all over, Arfield goes down in the box, booked for simulation.

Re: Everton vs Burnley
Some groans ring out as the half time whistle blows. Can't say that it's not deserved, even though Siggy could have scored a brace.
Re: Everton vs Burnley
Good defensive side Burnley, but we’re still in it. So far

Re: Everton vs Burnley
The worrying thing is that this a much changed and more attacking starting XI, and at this stage Koeman has rolled every dice in his possession. I don't know what else we can do. Except sack the manager perhaps.
Re: Everton vs Burnley
Having both Gueye and Schneiderlin playing at the same time is not the answer. They do nothing when it comes to creating chances. Poor Siggy keeps coming in from the wing because he's not a winger, he needs to play as an attacking central midfielder. Get Davies on for Schneiderline, put him on the wing and let Siggy play CM with Gueye.

Are we allowed to substitute a manager during a game? Get Unsworth in the dugout for the second half.

Re: Everton vs Burnley
The corner is cleared, and with half of the team in the box, Gueye takes the shot from 35 yards out. Really? Such a poor decision.
Re: Everton vs Burnley
Williams with the pass of the day - hits it from well inside his own half straight out for a Burnley goal kick. Well done lad.
Re: Everton vs Burnley
Schneiderlin with more sideway passes. Baines following that up with a cross which is well overhit and it's a Burnley goalkick.

Re: Everton vs Burnley
DCL with a shot from 35 yards out with both Vlasic and Niasse well inside the box waiting for the ball.

What does Davies and Lookman have to do to get a look in?Armchair wrote:This is worse than the first half
Re: Everton vs Burnley
Baines booked. Moss clearly looks like he hates us and will not do us any favours.
Re: Everton vs Burnley
Heresy I know, but I’m starting to think Baines might be part of the problem. Defenses have worked out that his only right footed pass is sideways
